With 5 base flavours to choose from (plain sweet cream, coffee, dark Hershey’s chocolate, Matcha and lavender), customers can either choose from our menu or make your own creamilicious ice cream conconctions! 10 of our menu favourites can be made with a dairy free base of oatmilk and coconut, or again,your dairy-free ice cream can be customized. Making the ice cream is one thing, but after that, you will still get 3 free toppings from a choice of 20 candies/cookies toppings or/and 8 fresh fruit toppings. Sauces and whipped cream are free!

Best bubble tea I’ve ever had! I like it more than prince house. Prince house was full of mostly ice, I finished it super quick and their tapioca was too chewy and flavorless. You get way more at Zero degree and I like that they don’t put ice in it, so it’s more milk tea. They also give you a generous amount of boba and tapioca… It was soo good and perfect amount of sweetness. The tapioca is chewy with good texture and very addicting.. the mango boba is tasty. I loved the mango milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. It’s amazing and I’m obsessed! And the atmosphere of the shop is cute and chill! The woman who took my order was very nice. I wish I had asked for her name!! It was a really good experience.. I’ve had the ice cream before which was delicious. But I’m now obsessed with there bubble teas lol.. I’ll be back for more bubble tea! 🙂

I appreciate the idea of the ice cream rolls, but it is not my favorite. I did not get ice cream here this time, but I have ordered it in the past. I think I just wish it were a bit more creamy? Something that I can’t quite put my finger on. Not to mention I wish there was more than one size to choose from.

Went here because it ended up being closer than our original spot and we LOVED IT. The service was great, a little on the slower side but it was made up by the fresh ingredients (strawberries, blueberries, etc) that were added to our milk and fruit teas. Delicious place for bubble tea!!!☺️

Oh boy, did this place go down the hole. We used to go to 0 degree pre-covid every month, was a unique concept. Now, we finally decided to give this place a try again; we ordered a dairy free strawberry ice cream and a coffee ice cream, $10 and some change for each! I can get 2 small ice creams at a competitor for that price… Either ways, we patiently waited for our ice cream at a dirty table that hasn’t been cleaned. Once we got it, the I’ve cream was pretty mid, well at least the strawberry one. The coffee ice cream tasted sour, like the milk went bad.

Used to come at least 2 to 3 times per month. However every time I come it takes over an hour for the order to be made even if there are only a few customer. The ice cream and boba are not worth the wait, I would recommend going to a different place!

Looking for desert? This ice cream place is highly recommended! The prices are just under $10 bucks, but well worth it! They make it right in front of you! Very polite staff! I really have no basis of comparison because I’ve never had Thai ice cream or bubble (boba) tea. My kids enjoyed it and it was recommended by a friend. I wasn’t quite prepared for the tapioca pearls in the tea. The sweetened condensed milk makes it very sweet, which isn’t my thing, but it’s good. Very clean and nice indoor seating seating area, which is open. There are only a few tables outside, so be prepared to take your tasty treat with you.

It is honestly shocking that this has 4 stars. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I have never been treated so poorly at an establishment. After ordering here numerous times and waiting 20+ minutes (when there were no other customers) my finace and I decided to give it one last chance as we enjoy the dairy free options. We saw that there were 3 people working so there was no reason to wait a long time. Well, I was wrong. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing other customers that ordered after us leave, we asked where our order was and was met with the response that no one started it. We politely asked for a refund and then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a manager to approve it via phone call. It was at this point that I had never been treated so rudely, as the employee CLAPPED her hands in my face saying I was rude for asking for a refund and that 30 minutes was not a long wait. Only order from here if you have 3 hours of time to waste. I will never step foot in there again and advise that you do not either.
