I ordered online for the BOGO wings. There was no customization option for me to put extra crispy. I tried to call after the order was placed and the put me on hold for 15 mins at a time TWICE. Then when I finally called a third time, they said the order has already been taken. I ended up having the driver take it back, because I didn’t want the wings. I usually love Pizza Hut but this location customer service SUCKS. No way you were that busy, that was just ignoring my calls. Definitely go to another location it’s evident this location doesn’t care.

I know, it’s Pizza Hut. It was exactly what my body was craving and perfect. My first quiet evening home alone in months and I ordered delivery. Big win! I specifically asked to not skimp on the cheese and it was beautifully covered when it arrived. Contactless delivery. $25 for a medium pan with 4 toppings, onion- pepperoni-sausage-mushroom. That included a $5 tip.
They said it would be about an hour for delivery and it was on time and hot. Driver set the pizza on front step and left after knocking.
Seriously so good. I hadn’t had a big old pan pizza for so long. Plenty for 3 meals. Yay.
And again a few months later! Exact same experience. Wonderful. Plus I got a cookie this time, too. Yum.

Ordered online and pizza as of the review was over a hour late. When calling the store they put you immediately on hold without waiting to hear if you will or won’t hold. At time of review on hold for 30+ minutes.

This place ignores their customers and they stand around doing absolutely nothing. I was picking up a couple DD orders, picked up the first one and was quoted 6-7 minutes for the second since it went in the oven just then. I give them 8 minutes, go back inside and the girl goes “it’ll be about 6 more minutes!” They got me so twisted I unassigned that order. Also, y’all really need to talk to the landlord about that humongous pothole in the parking lot because someone’s gonna trip and break something.

These people screwed up my very simple order 3 times in a row. Either they don’t care to read tickets or they just plain don’t know how to read. I’m not sure. Either way, avoid the dumpster fire that is this location.

First time ordering pizza hut in a while, Friday night me and my brother where playing video games figured we’d have a pizza party.
I ordered 2 pizzas and breads ticks at 11 o clock, it said open till 1 am so I didn’t think it was that big of a deal, my brother even cashapped me 10 bucks for a tip.
After it didn’t show up at 11:30 I waited till 11:50 to give a call, only to be put on hold by a very rude girl for about 10 minutes. Hung up and tried again cause I just wanted to be cancelled, only to be put on hold again for 10 more minutes.
After about 50 minutes of waiting PAST the time it said it was supposed to be delivered (so just shy of 2 hours after I initially placed the order) is when I finally got her to stop putting me on hold and to cancel my order. She was incredibly rude, im guessing a bad night or something but me and my brother just wanted some Friday night pizza.

I was very disappointed in my pizzas and that I did not get everything I ordered or baked like I asked. The spreading of toppings was terrible, as some slices barely got any. I ordered a meat lovers and a Supreme so should have plenty toppings on each piece, but nope. I don’t know if they were just super busy because I was not greeted when I came into store and waited for someone to help me. Finally a person came in from outside and rang me up and got me my pizzas, minus the cheese and red pepper shakers I ordered and paid for. I thought they were in the pizza boxes but they weren’t when I got home and opened the boxes. Not sure I will order them again.
Update: The new regional manager called me up personally and made things right. So I will be giving them another try. I changed and gave them 3 stars now.

Terrible customer service. Was hung up on by an employee after I called in to find out why it was taking so long to receive my order. Spoke to the gm about it and he was just as rude as his employee. I would definitely avoid this location. Completely unprofessional.
