Use to be my go to place for take out of biryani and paneer 65 like appetizers. Many of my friends told the taste of dishes is not same, new chef came. I experienced today. I hesitated of ordering a food when i saw a young guy once used serve food in fusion 9 morrisville is a new chef in the truck but ordering paneer 65 and biryani. Biryani is okay but paneer is not a all good and is very bland. No taste at all. This is second time I am experiencing this. I sincerely request to appoint an experienced chef and bring back their old flavors. Not ordering anything until then and suggest the same.

F9 Express is a hidden gem!
Their Schezwan Fried Rice and Veg Manchurian are truly exceptional — the best I’ve had in town. I’ve tried them multiple times, and they consistently deliver on flavor, spice, and quality. Everything is cooked perfectly and tastes fresh every single time. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving bold, delicious Indo-Chinese food. Will definitely be back again soon!

They got a decent menu. Tried their apollo fish and chicken 555. Apollo fish was really good and spicy as needed. Chicken was little on hard side but which could have been better. Complimentary chai and decent quantity as well. Worth a try.

Update to my previous review:

I ordered Manchurian on Friday and it was a complete disappointment. When I ordered for the first time a couple of months ago, it was amazing—I even left a review saying they had the best Manchurian. Since then, the quality has clearly gone down. This was my fourth time ordering, hoping it would taste like it did the first time, but unfortunately it didn’t. Very disappointed with the drop in quality.

Old review(2months ago):

I recently had the noodles and Manchurian from this food truck, and they were absolutely delicious! Easily one of the best I’ve tried from any food truck. The flavors were spot on, and everything was freshly made. Specially, their noodles are too good which I usually do not order noodles because of hakka noodles. But, this type of noodles are not thick(like hakka) and taste most similar to Indian “Bandi” noodles

If they can maintain this same taste and quality consistently, they’re going to be a real favorite. Definitely worth a visit!

We recently tried this Indian food truck and had a really good experience overall. The irani chai was amazing. We ordered dosa, fried rice, and punugulu. The dosa was a little undercooked this time, but I think that might have one-off because everything else was well cooked. Overall, the food is worth trying, and I’d definitely go back, especially for the chai and snacks.

We ordered tea, chicken noodles, and paneer. The tea was quite good. However, the chicken noodles and paneer were not to our liking, they were spicy and seemed to lack salt.

Absolutely delicious Indian street food with authentic, traditional flavors that reminded me of home! The Gobi Manchuria was crispy and tangy, just like you’d get at a roadside stall. The Paneer Kati Roll was rich, flavorful, and satisfying. Loved the Very Traditional Indian Muntha Masala — full of spice and nostalgia. The Samosa Chaat was a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy, while the Schezwan Chicken Noodles and Spicy Chicken Fried Rice were packed with bold Indo-Chinese flavor. A hidden gem in Fuquay-Varina — perfect for a Sunday afternoon treat!

Food was quite good. I don’t have a lot of experience with Indian food, however the chicken biryani tasted as good as the pot biryani in Bangalore. I enjoy ordering from here.

I placed an order for pickup before I arrived at the food truck. When I got there, I was told the wait would be 15 minutes. This was a challenge since I had two infants in the car with me.
After 15 minutes, I checked on my order and was told it would be ready in another five minutes. When I checked again, the estimated wait time increased to 10 minutes, and then again to 15 minutes. In the end, it took about 45 minutes for my food to be ready.
I understand that sometimes there can be delays, but the constant changes to the wait time were frustrating. It would have been better if they had provided a more accurate estimate from the beginning so I could have made a more informed decision about waiting.

I’m writing to give you some feedback on my order. I ordered the Schezwan Paneer and crispy corn around 9:15 PM, and the schezwan panner wasn’t up to the usual standard. The paneer was over-fried, had a bitter taste, and was hard on the bottom. It felt like a completely different dish than what I’ve had before. I had food from here several times and everytime i eat i used to love the dishes.. but this time i was so upset with the dish….I might not order again this dish.
The crispy corn, however, was excellent as always.”
