Really enjoyed our visit to LongHorn Steakhouse. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was truly phenomenal—attentive without being overbearing. Food-wise, the steak was the standout and cooked perfectly, the burger was better than expected, and the salmon was just okay. Don’t skip the sides and starters though—the mac and cheese, crispy Brussels sprouts, and Wild West Shrimp are absolute must-tries and easily stole the show.

Always a great experience at Longhorn Steakhouse in Seneca. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the ambience is great. Very well decorated internally to give you that steakhouse feeling.
We have eaten here many times when we are traveling into Clemson. For this visit, Katie was our server and she was excellent. My favorite meal here is the 12 ounce New York strip with a sweet potato. Loaded with butter and cinnamon, I could eat more than one. They really are beyond delicious. Today we also had the grilled chicken & strawberry salad, which was very good. Actually quite filling. Flo’s fillet is also an excellent choice. The steamed broccoli is fresh and crispy. Love it! For dessert I have two favorites. The chocolate stampede and the strawberries and cream shortcake. The molten lava cake is also very good, but I prefer the chocolate stampede.
We sat in a booth in the main dining area, but there is also seating at the bar. You can also order online and get your order to go.
One thing I highly recommend is joining the waitlist. It is extremely busy, and the wait can be really long, so make sure you hop on the website and add your name to the list. You won’t be sorry.
Compared to other steakhouses, I find the pricing to be a better value. I think the quality of the food is excellent, and there’s a great consistency across Longhorn Steakhouses that I have visited.

I was quite happy with the meals served. Price point was fair, quality was on point, and portion sizes were agreeable.
The sweet tea was on point, and the only critique I have was the bread was not as fresh as it could have been.
The service was incredible and our waitress was very friendly. She thanked us and complimented me on how well behaved my little girl was which made me happy.

Food so burnt n dry . Services was rushed, she told me that they were having a party. Call to complain to manager and Jonathan was his name. No remorse. Just kept saying ok and ok. Didn’t care at all.

Longhorn Steakhouse consistently impresses. I typically order Flo’s filet with a Parmesan crust, and I must say, that crust makes a world of difference. Each bite of the steak bursts with flavor. For the most part I have had good meals here. How ever this time I waited a long time for a simple chop steak and fries! Fries were cold. Steak burnt on the bottom, they put that side down as if hiding it, and barely had any gravy mushrooms and onions. Menu says smothered! The salad was good but hard to mess up a salad. My actual waitress didn’t check on me once. Another waitress helped as much as she could, but this experience was horrible! I did get a small discount for the fries, but I should have sent entire meal back. I am done accepting less than what I am paying for. I don’t want to be a Karen but the price you pay to eat out and tip, you should get what you pay for! Ppl if it’s not right complain right away! Don’t accept it if it is this wrong!

Waitress was excellent. My wife had wings and were excellent. My Cesar salad w Salmon was good but needs to be medium rare.
Took 45 minutes to prepare so Manager took care of bill. Things happen. I tipped that much to the waitress as she was very deserving.
Manager did the right thing so all was good. We’ll be back.

I went out for my birthday with my daughter and grandkids, and while we had a nice time overall, there were a few things that could’ve made the experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable, which we really appreciated. However, the restaurant was quite cold inside it made it a bit uncomfortable during the meal. For my birthday, they did bring out a sundae, which was a sweet gesture, but they don’t sing or offer a candle, so if you’re expecting the full birthday experience, just keep that in mind. One area that really needs improvement is how allergy information is presented. The menu is accessed via a barcode on your phone, but the text is so small, and zooming in makes it hard to navigate. It takes a lot of scrolling to match food items with allergy info, which is not ideal especially for people with serious dietary restrictions. All in all, great food and prices, but I’d love to see more attention to comfort and accessibility in the dining experience.
