Took them ~25 minutes to complete a DoorDash order!! And it was a chicken sandwich and 2 cheeseburgers!!! Like seriously?! As a cherry on top I told the manager to improve their service and told me have a nice day. So rude!! Do not give them your money at this location unless their customer service improves. Go to another Burger King if you want friendly service. The photo attached is the order I was picking up

I ordered chicken nuggets and a large milkshake. No one else was in drive thru, they told me to wait in front of the store they brought out my 8pc nuggets and shake about 13 mins later. They also forgot my bbq sauce I had to go back in and get it . This is the slowest and worst BK I have been to it’s sad how it’s ran

Kiosk pricing was confusing and misleading. The trio meal let us order 3 chicken sandwiches and got one. Never going back. Done with fast food. They are all the same.

I stayed here for a while and painted in the lobby while I waited for my partner. Abel was absolutely cruising, I don’t think I ever saw him stop moving. He knows how to hustle a front end, excellent customer service.

We’ve been sitting in the lobby that’s as cold as a walk in freezer for thirty minutes after ordering. I can’t comment on the food because we haven’t gotten any yet. Which goes a long way to say how the service is. Tonight was the second time I had to ask for my change after the cashier shut the register drawer. Not a good time at all.

I want to give a shout out to this Burger King. The food was great, fresh and tasty. I had a chicken sandwich and fries with the jalapeños and cheese . The staff were pleasant and very friendly.
