Great food and nice portion sizes at excellent prices. Very friendly staff and fast service, too. I love the ramen, the tomato & beef over rice, and it might be the best hot & sour soup I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.

Horrible service. The food was mid. We got the fried dumplings and they were overcooked, waayyy too crunchy. The pho broth had barely any taste. The orange chicken and soup dumplings were the only decent things we ordered. Waitress had an attitude the instant we walked in the door. I decided not to tip because of her horrible attitude and service and as we were leaving the waitress chased us down at the door then demanded that we tip her and claimed “everyone who eats here must tip” and told me I couldn’t leave without tipping her. Will never eat here again. Tipping isn’t mandatory, especially if you DO NOT deserve it. Threw her a tip anyway because she clearly needed it. Wildest experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 do NOT recommend eating here unless you want shitty service then be demanded to give a tip.

NEXT MORNING EDIT: i have food poisoning this morning.
im not even kidding, this might have been one of the worst meals i have ever had. i wouldn’t even give it one star. i hate leaving bad reviews, but the food was terrible. the chicken fried rice tasted like it was microwaved and had to drown it in soy sauce to get any sort of flavor. the chicken didn’t even taste like chicken, and the boba had no taste whatsoever. don’t even get me started on the Curry…. no flavor and was basically soup. don’t think i will be back here sadly.

This great Chinese restaurant served several classic Chinese dishes like dumplings, bbq kebabs, and cold noodles. I like their dumplings. Fried dumplings tasted better than steamed ones. Cold noodle was not authentic, because they used ice cubes to make the broth cold. I liked their squid fried noodles the most, which tasted flavorful without too much oil. The service was friendly and fast. The place was decorated lovely.

I think the rating is too low for this place! I actually quite enjoyed some of the food I had from here. The menu is super broad and has a ton of variety. I tried the pork buns and pad Thai.
Seeing the name, you may think their specialty is noodles. I don’t think so! They should really be renamed to Mad Bao or something because their pro buns and dumplings are what actually stood out.
The bun was so fluffy and had the perfect amount of casing to meat. The meat was well cooked, tender, seasoned well, and just all around delicious. Perfect crisp on the outside. And, a pretty nice savory sauce too, but that wasn’t anything crazy. I would really recommend trying one of their dumplings.
The pad Thai was not as good. It was a big portion, yes, but quality wasn’t the best, and it was a tad expensive. It had a strange sugary sauce, almost like sweet n sour noodles. I just wasn’t the biggest fan of this pad Thai.
All in all, I quite enjoyed this spot. If you come here, you definitely need to try the buns or dumplings!

Bizarrely terrible food. It tastes like if you asked a teenager to cook Asian food. Chicken Pad Thai was bland with zero flavor, not even salt. Tastes like a small bit of soy sauce and sriracha on noodles, weird to name your restaurant after noodles and not be able to make them. Chicken fried rice was also incredibly bland with plain black table pepper being the underwhelmingly prominent flavor. General Tsos Chicken and white rice were the only redeemable food but the chicken was not crispy and the sauce was definitely some generic premade sauce. So disappointed! I feel bad leaving such a terrible review but it sucks to spend $60 on takeout and not enjoy any of it.
I’m sorry but cooking might not be this restaurant’s skill.

I’ve been meaning to get over here for a while and I regret not trying this place sooner! First, they have soup dumplings, which you can find everywhere. There a couple places in Pittsburgh, but they’re still rare. They were super good with nice warm broth and a savory meat ball inside. Just an amazing bite. It’s a high recommend for me. I also got the pad Thai which was massive. I got Spice level 3 and that was enough to make my nose run a little, which was perfect. The atmosphere was good with almost a cafe vibe music going on and everything relatively calm. My friends really liked their meals as well so try and make this a stop. The parking outside was free after 6 and I got a space 4 steps from the door. You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered a Lan Zhou Ramen with beef sirloin. It looked okay. However, all pieces of beef were pretty hard to chew on. They were not freshly made. I was the only customer in the restaurant and the bill was given to me while I was still eating. I have tried several Asian restaurants in Pittsburgh and this restaurant was at the bottom of my list. Not only I was disappointed with the beef noodles, I was a little bit “mad” while dining in this restaurant.

The place looks clean and cute. I did not dine in. I ordered a dinner takeout, and as soon as I walked in, it was a vibe!!. I ordered the Japanese Pork Ramen and General TSO’s Chicken both for ~$15. The Ramen portion was a surprise!! It was definitely worth the money. The takeout présentation was also . Overall, I will be going back in person next time and definitely will be ordering takeout again.

Ordered 2 sesame chicken for me,and a friend. Food was mid at best and the service was horrid. We walked in and asked for a menu then got pointed to a counter. We ordered at the counter then sat down. Our food was brought out and we were checked up on once. The bill came out and when we paid her she made a comment about the tip. If they want their servers getting tiped more then they need them to not be so passive aggressive, never ever coming here again.
