We love Taipei Hibachi! They have the best vegan options of any other Japanese restaurant in Northampton, MA and they will soon be offering more vegan options because of increased demand. Last night we got a delectable selection of vegetable rolls, tofu with vegetables and rice and pan fried vegetable dumplings. Not only is the food amazing but the people who work here are kind and accommodating. This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with beautiful Japanese art, a spacious feng shui feel with comfortable seating and beautiful ornate wooden walls. It’s not loud or crowded like most of the restaurants in Northampton, MA. They don’t just offer sit down dining, they do takeout as well. If you like Japanese food be sure to patron this wonderful establishment if you are in my city. You will not be disappointed!

The food here exceeded my wildest expectation! We got an eel avocado roll, the steamed roast pork buns, the cold sesame noodles and the beef hibachi. Everything was so delicious! The avocado in the sushi was perfectly ripe! The sesame noodles were so creamy, nutty and savory! The broccoli was garlicky and perfectly cooked! The beef tastes a lot like beef and broccoli but I loved it! The fried rice was also delicious! The portions were so generous. Overall, I highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

TH is my family’s favorite food in town. It reminds of our the food we grew up with, with the added bonus of the best sushi in town too. Everything is fresh, generous portions and heavenly delicious. Honestly, I must say this is one of the fewest smallest restaurants that I’ve encountered that serves you with so much care and hospitality. The food is beyond amazing. Wasn’t disappointed. The serves/ cook were super friendly and kind. The cleanliness is very impressive. The atmosphere is so healthy and welcoming. That is definitely one of my favorite restaurants to come to. Don’t let the pictures on this restaurants web page fool you! We wanted to try somewhere new, that was a total bust. By the looks of pictures the food should have been amazing. WRONG. The staff was friendly, I’ll give them that but there was not really any service when I needed to get my own plate/silverware and drinks. We thought we would be sitting at a table around a cooking, making food to order. Instead we got food that tasted horrible. Like it was re heated from a microwave. We ordered the steak/shrimp hibachi and some sushi, I have never not finished my sushi, but this tasted like it was frozen and thawed out. Neither of us finished our meals, we bussed our own table and left extremely disappointed. We even read reviews, I’m not sure what these people were ordering to be so happy with what they received but we will absolutely never be returning. Complete total waste of $75. If I could give 0 stars I would.
