Once upon a time this was mine and my mother’s favorite restaurant chain. Ordered to go recently. The service and people were absolutely amazing. The meal/menu options, ridiculous prices and food quality were terrible. I will never eat here again.

If I could put less than a one I would. I have been in the hospital and recently had surgery and can finally eat and was craving Long. John silver’s fish. My husband went and got a three-piece fish dinner and they put three pieces of chicken in with the hush puppies and then no one would answer the phone to correct the issue.

We did not get the meals that we ordered. They were short two pieces of chicken. We were given three pieces of shrimp instead. I tried to call the location to let their manager know our orders run correct but no one answered the phone.

I was ignored at the counter for a few minutes. I ordered the 8 piece shrimp meal with Cole slaw and fries to go, got home and only had 7 shrimp. Spent over $11.00. From what I could see of the kitchen floor, it was filthy, looked like it wasn’t swept all day or evening. Staff was not welcoming, the cashier couldn’t count and apparently neither could the person that boxed my shrimp. Disappointing

Not sure what happened to this place but they have changed the cole slaw, it use to be a little sweet and tasting like it should, but now it’s just bland, so they changed it in someway. The green beans we got tasted like they dumped straight out of the big cans, warm them up some and not worry about seasoning them at all. So for 8-9 dollars that they charge for 2 pieces of fish is redicoulous.

Wanted to try something new but as I was handed the bag with food it has it’s Own strange small not sure if it’s the oil or what but the fries I got are different than shown in the picture and the chicken as well as the fries tasted weird. Honestly the coleslaw as well I’m assuming they used a cheaper mayonnaise but everything is totally wrong. The only good thing is their serving the amount for the price is fair but could not eat it, for the first impression I don’t want to try eating here again

Long John Silver’s in Auburndale has been a go to place for comfort, service and great food at a reasonable price. Whether fried, broiled the food is tasty and fresh. I can’t say enough about the staff. I have always had a respectful and willing to please staff help me fast and accurate. Can’t go wrong !

Great experience! The lady at the drive through can definitely make better $ bartending. Fish was great – not greasy, and hush puppies were done just right. Keep it up! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
