Every time we come to this location there is a problem. We drive thirty minutes to eat here. Tonight we sit here waiting and had to place our order on the kiosk because no employee came to counter to greet us or take our order. It’s 730 pm and they have all chairs up on table like lobby is closed and still have not even acknowledged that we walked in.

No one in the drive thru or inside when we came in. Waited for 30 minutes+ just to receive our food. The girl who took our order was nice but efficiency is apparently not a priority here. There were clothes, phone chargers, and clutter all over the counters where people are expected to eat/wait for their food. AND I got the wrong food.

This was my second one. Bun as hard as a brick and cheese wasn’t melted. First was had mustard and tomato and ask for plain. Hamburger was only half of the bun. We will not be back and will definitely let everyone know. Taylorville IL

Edit: We came back on 11/24/19 and had amazing service. The food came out extremely fast and was hot and delicious. I previously rated this a 4 but will now change that to a 5.
Original: This restaurant just opened so we had to wait to be seated as all the tables were full. The host was friendly and our waitress was observant of our needs. A little unorganized at the moment, but it is a new venue for Taylorville. All around it was a good experience.

In drive thru for 15 minutes. For bacon double cheeseburger and onion rings, no drink, was $14 . But handicapped man I was driving around enjoyed it.
