We were on the bike trail and seen sings that said to come by so we did! The food was excellent and the service amazing. When we walked in we were a little unsure at first as the host did not recognize us for a minute or so but that’s young ppl.. Anyways, the service from there was over a 100000% amazing and I forgot the lady name but she could be an owner or a very caring waitress- she made us feel like home! If you are on the bike trail Southwick Part before the tunnel you can just go up the hill – there is a little path and they have a place for your bikes. One last thing! The fried pickles are the best I’ve ever had! Even better than Mystic Pizza or the ones at the festival. The pizza and burger on point! We ordered a lot because it’s an Ale House and they checked all boxes. Pizza, wings, burgers and beer!

We had reservations at another restaurant in Southwick for 30+ people and were told day of that they could no longer accommodate us so we were left scrambling last minute for a place. I called the Rail trail and spoke with the owner Natalie who was more than happy to accommodate us all last minute. They were completely ready for us a half hr before we arrived. We had Heather as our waitress who was phenomenal and handle our large group with ease and grace! I couldn’t be more pleased with how we were treated and the food, as always, was delicious!!!

We had a holiday party with a group of friends last night. Natalie was so sweet and helpful in arranging this. We were in a private room which made it so much easier to socialize with each other. Everyone raved about the food, the service and the fact that it was just what we were looking for. I can’t say enough about how great it was to have a restaurant that is willing to work with you to give you exactly what you are looking for. Kudos to Natalie and her amazing staff. P.S. My husband and I are regular clients there and everything is always great. Don’t miss the NY style bar pizzas!

8.10.23 Indoor and outdoor seating available. The hostess was very friendly. Our waitress was good but she didn’t check back after our food was delivered and we had to ask for more water, etc. The burgers here are amazing. The wings were the best I’ve had in a long time because they have lots of meat on them. The buffallo chicken wrap was great. The fries were a little bland. Lots of outdoor seating and overall this is a great place. I’ll be back.

My lady and I absolutely love their food! It’s my favorite pizza in Western Mass. I’m originally from the CT shoreline and grew up eating New Haven Apizza so take that for what it’s worth. The pizza is made with delicious fresh ingredients and the crust is thin and crispy. Not only is the pizza good at Railtrail, their sandwiches and rolls are also delicious.

Had the pleasure of going to the Rail Trail Ale House today. It was fabulous! I had the veggie pizza which was just awesome, the roasted garlic and eggplant on it was to die for! My cousin had the Old World which also was so good with your rich sauce and fresh mozzarella. We definitely will be back I have to say all the food that went by our table looked great! I-was listening to a party seated behind us telling some of their guests that this was one of their favorite places to dine, I can see why!

Incredible food ALL made from scratch with great service. Burgers are fresh, MASSIVE and amazingly great! The pizza is also some of the best I have ever had. RTAH is busy every day but the food came out fast and hot. Beer selection is top notch too! The owners (Pat and Natalie) and their staff are wonderful people and make you feel like you’re the only patron in their fantastic restaurant!

Good pizza and large selection of beer. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and nice layout. Has feel of a sports bar. Plenty of TVs. But really not. Most of time sports are not being played. Today a coulple of NFL games were being played but main TV over bar had rerun of Family Feud. Another time college football championship was on but not a TV tuned to it. Had to ask. Not the staff fault …. clientele not sports minded. Sime rule of thumb… if it ain’t the Bruins or Red Sox, sports ain’t on.
