I ordered from the Panda Express on Mansfield and Baird in Shreveport, and it was really disappointing. The portion sizes were small, the meat was tough, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The rice was bland with hard, dry pieces, and the chow mein was dry and flavorless. For what they charge, the food should be fresh and cooked properly. Definitely not worth the price this time.

I have been having some bad experiences with Panda Express lately and I think this is going to be my last time ever spending money with them. I placed an order via the website for pick up. We didn’t think to check the order when we picked it up (our mistake), however, we figured it would be right. When we got home and we ready to eat our food, we noticed that our 12pc Rangoons were missing. It even says it on the note attached to the bag. I am very disappointed with Panda Express and will no longer see myself or my family eating here again.

Food portions seem smaller. Noodles were a bit dry. Teriyaki chicken was a bit undercooked. Shrimp with walnuts was a bit dry. This may have been an off day, other than portion sizes they are usually better.

Panda Express on Mansfield Road might just become a new favorite place! The food is ready quickly after you order online, and it tastes delicious. We always order the family meal, and there are plenty of leftovers. To everyone working there, you guys are excellent, always polite, and with a smile on your face. This new Panda Express on Mansfield Road is amazing!!!!! Oh my gosh. I’m not a big fan of Panda Express but goodness this food is really good and fresh and not running out of food like the other store in town. Absolutely delicious and really cool group of kids working in there. So polite and very friendly. Please keep alll the staff in place. We love them. PS close the other store on Youree. It’s so gross !!
