This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA.. My husband spent $33.00 on the driest, old ingredients on our Surpreme Pizza, hair was on the New York big slice pizza and it was dried out. We couldn’t turn around do to a doctors appointment. After having to ask if someone can take his order. If you don’t want to work stay home. Economic is bad enough people don’t have money to waste for bad customer service and nasty food. Tried calling the store NO answer. Only 2 people working. No one else in the store not even to order. Terrible absolutely the worst. Just go out of Business already.

I placed an order online for a pickup at this location. After being informed that my order would be ready in 25 minutes, I arrived at the location 30 minutes later. The location had a full lobby of DoorDash drivers and customers waiting. After standing there for 20 minutes and no employees coming to the counter, the customers started to inquire what was going on. We were told that they didn’t know who the orders belonged too. Something was wrong in their system. No employees were trying to fix the problem. They were just slowly making pizzas and ignoring customers. Finally, an employee arrived after 45 minutes of us waiting, and took ownership of the issue. He tried to explain and help with the backup. His resolution was to start over with the DoorDash drivers and take the orders over again! SMH
I decided I was not going to stay another 45 minutes for them to make the orders over. All 7 or 8 employees that worked on March 8 at 5:45pm need to be trained again, including the manager! Everyone just hid from the customers instead of informing us what was going on! I will Never go to this location again! I will be reaching out to corporate to get my refund.

This was the WORST pizza ever! I simply wanted the nostalgic taste of Pizza Hut from the past but, nooo! The pizza arrived cold and was literally like plastic. It did not have extra cheese that I paid for & on top of that the taste was horrendous. I would have been more satisfied with pizza rolls. It was like throwing $35 in the trash! Don’t think you about to about to speak to the store about it because no one answers the phone! I have NEVER had pizza so bad. Save your money and go anywhere but here.

Pierce and the Manager Ms Za. gave exceptional customer service. With a crew of only young people they went above and beyond. Pizza still had wrong crust in the end. Once I got home. Will probably never use this location again. U might as well go to a 5 star pizza place and receive exactly what you asked for at same price

If I could give 0 stars I would . I walked and and I was greeted with “WHATS THE PROBLEM” I told the man hey how are you he said you bringing the pizza back what’s the problem . Mind you he was the janitor !!! The cashier was nice but my pizza was burnt very bad and I ordered a large cheese . The lady I think is the manager is on the Phone while making food no gloves and I haven’t seen her wash her hands yet The put the returned pizza in the hot box to resale to another. I will not be returning.

Slow service, mediocre pizza. This is not the pizza or the ingredients I remember being used for my childhood. Nothing about this experience makes me want to return to another location in the near future or ever. The wait time was very long with their $2 personal pan pizza deal (upwards of an hour). The system and staff were telling the incorrect time for the order to be ready. The is certainly not worth standing in line for lengthy periods of time even though it is $2. My two year old enjoyed it (as shown in the picture). She’s not much of a picky eater . It was packed with cheese, just making it thicker than normal.

Highly incompetent manager who doesn’t know how to answer questions nor did she know about the online system. She swore up and down my order wasn’t ready when the app said it was. Then, she lied and said they’re waiting for the fries. And then she goes, “Oh, it was ready. It’s over there.”

Why doesn’t your manager (she said she’s the manager) know her to run the store?

View the receipt and then view my pizza. Do you see the issue?

Why is the Italian sausage missing? I drove back to the store to have them fix my order and she tells me the store is out of sausage. Why not call me and tell me instead of just making the order the way she wants. Or, disable that topping from the app, so I can’t select it, if the store ran out.

Also, she refused to give me the number to corporate.

In addition to that, the app doesn’t work. I kept pressing “I’m Here” both when I arrived (before the order was ready) and after the app notified me the order was ready. It would not allow me to check-in. That is what led to me going inside.

Ridiculous that this is who is managing the store. Either hire competent staff or coach the staff you currently have on the roster. This type of customer service is unacceptable.

I will not be returning.

Ordered 3 pizzas online. Had a pickup time of 20 minutes. Was there on time and there were 3 other customers standing waiting on orders. They said our last pizza was in the oven and would be out shortly. 10 mins later, I was told they had to remake 1 of our pizzas because it was wrong. We didnt get our pizzas for a full 30mins after our quoted time. They did not show us the pizzas. We left, get home and find that we did NOT get the veggie pizza we ordered. Take the order back, complain and they say they will make us a veggie pizza.
Get home and find the original pizzas are cold. The tavern crust was slightly burned on one side.
We did not enjoy the cold dinner.
Absolutely HATED the wait times and watching customers coming in after us getting their orders and leaving. While they did give us drinks to make up for the original wait, having to come back and waiting even more made the entire experience abysmal. The fact that our pizzas were cold, made the experience even worse.
The fact that the staff seemed nonchalant was infuriating. Watching the cook keep coming over to watch football was irritating.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. It’s made us rethink about visiting again.

If you can go and pick your pizza up you will get good service and hot food. If you pay for delivery you will be waiting well past the time it states on the app that you will get it. Your food will be cold and some of your food will most definitely be missing. Its really a shame the difference between pick up and delivery at this location especially when you live less than 10 minutes from the store.

Its always something with the Ellenwood location smh. So today I ordered a pizza and 3 pastas online. Just so happened door dash delivered it, which isn’t an issue. The issue is the pizza was 2.5 hours late past the delivery time because pizza hut didnt have it ready. Then when it arrived I had 2 pizzas instead of one pizza and 3 pastas. Then I spent approximately 1.5 hours trying to call and get through to the store which was unsuccessful. Needless to say, I will not return to this particular location for anything.
