I was extremely pleased with both my meal and the service. I highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is festive with an outdoor patio full of bright and beautiful colors. I started off with a delicious margarita (Victoria’s Margarita) and was impressed with its deliciousness. Xavier was the most attentive and accommodating waiter. He made sure to check on our table frequently and was very friendly and welcoming. Our meals were so pleasant and full of flavor. I am definitely making my way over here again soon. La Parilla included shrimp, beef fajita, and sausage. Los minis included street style tacos. The Gordita plate was a favorite and is sure to be ordered again next time. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I had dinner here with my daughters and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and the service made us feel right at home. Everything came out fresh and well prepared, and we truly enjoyed our time together. This place made our evening special, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

La Patrona has both indoor and outdoor/patio seating. We were seated quickly around opening time. The space was clean and well kept outside. Plenty of tvs with various games on and a small stage in the middle. Feels almost like a beer garden space in the patio. Our food was really good. We have the shrimp ceviche & tostadas (absolutely amazing and so fresh) and my partner has the tacos with carne asada. Safe to say the appetizing chips and salsas were good. You’re given 3 options while you wait. The staff did not over crowd or consistently wait around you which I loved because they weren’t overbearing and we were able to have a somewhat intimate, uninterrupted breakfast together.

I really enjoyed our meals at this place. The Patio looked really cute, but we didn’t get to sit there because they were cleaning it. I am vegetarian and tried the cheeses enchiladas with rancheras sauce. It was really good. And the rice came out shaped like a cute little pumpkin. My husband had the beef fajitas and liked them. We found this place via offline app but will definitely come back again! Our waitress Gabrielle was great and patient with all of my questions. And she even brought me a few sauces to try so I could pick which I wanted with my meal. Very nice.

The food was okay overall, but the meat in the tostadas was quite scarce and a bit chewy. Something seemed off with our waitress that day, she was very distracted and kept mixing up our drinks the whole time. The michelada was just average, basically clamato and beer with no real preparation or flavor. I might give the place another try, though, since the rest of the food wasn’t bad and the atmosphere was nice.

This place has a great outdoor patio. Lots of fans and water coolers. The staff are friendly. Happy hour is 4-6 $5 margaritas and draft beer. My personal favorite is the Molcajete de Chicharron de Ribeye.

La Patrona is a hidden gem in San Antonio.
The food is incredibly flavorful we tried the corn ribs, shrimp cocktail, and mole, and everything tasted like real, authentic Mexican cuisine.

The atmosphere is chill, they have live music on the weekends, and their new wine menu is such a nice touch.

Weekday lunch specials for just $10? That’s a win.
Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again.

This place is a gem! Great food, drinks, and live music. Live music is on Fridays and Saturdays and I like to get there around 7 because the music usually starts at 7:30. The patio is also a very good temperature, even when it’s hot out because they block out the weather with clear tarps and giant fans. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy this place! The outdoor seating is fantastic—spacious, covered, and comfortable with fans and heaters when needed. They also have indoor seating, but I prefer being outside. The food and appetizers are really good, and the micheladas are a must-try. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Plus, there are TVs to catch the game while you eat. Overall, it’s a great spot to relax, eat, and enjoy the atmosphere
