First time eating at Skipper’s tonight. It was very good and quick, friendly service. Music was a little loud for my like, but will go back again. They were setting up for a band.

Decided to try Skippers tonight as any place on the River is a must for us! We were overall impressed. We had great service from our waitress Morgan & loved the atmosphere. The wings were huge & very good. I had saw complaints about prices but it didn’t cost our family (4 of us) anymore than other local places we visit. Looking forward to going back!

The bar tender was extremely friendly, along with the atmosphere of the place!! Even with the limited selection because they were down to one fryer it was very very good!

Waited 2 hours for an appetizer. Waitress let us know right away we’re gonna have an hour long wait to get our food. Ok no problem! we’ll order appetizers.
The appetizers came almost 2 hours later! Our main meal came 20 minutes afterwards. Numerous people around us got up and left before being served a meal. We should have done the same. This was a family vacation. They wasted our time. Don’t waste yours. First time I gave a bad review on google.

Went to skippers had not been there since they were in New Richmond. The beer was cold Meagan was a great waitress but the food sucked. The manager was supposed to come talk to us never did see her but however she did make it right only charged us for drinks.

Food was basic bar food but it was served quickly and arrived hot. Prices were a little steep for the quantity but that’s more about the current economy than price gouging. The beer was cold and came to the table quickly. Wish they had diet Pepsi instead of Diet Coke but that’s about preference. The view was perfect and the entire atmosphere was relaxing. Lots of screens to watch the Bengals play or whatever sport. Bathroom was very clean so lots of points for that! We will go often next season

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for food. Ordered an appetizer and she asked if we wanted it first. We said yes and it still came out with the rest of the food. All of the food came out cold, the cheese on the burger wasn’t melted, the cheese for the pretzel bites was hard from it sitting. Prices seemed very high. 6.99 for a kids meal, I asked if fries came with it the waitress said yes and we got the bill and it was 3.99 extra for fries that she said came with it. Also was charged for fries with my chicken wrap when I didn’t even ask for fries and it says on the menu it comes with chips. Also was charged for cheese on a chicken wrap and a burger. It does not state on the menu that cheese is an extra charge. They forgot one of our sides as well. I understand it was busy and the first weekend open so we will maybe try again next year and hope it’s better. But the view was beautiful and I did like the decor of the restaurant.

Place is terrible!! My fish wasn’t done all the way in the middle. Music blasting couldn’t even hear the waitress talk. Coleslaw was very old. About threw it all up after smelling it! Don’t recommend this place at all.

4 of us stopped by for dinner, and it was not very busy at all.
We ordered 2 sets of corn nuggets, they came out cold. Burgers are definitely frozen patties. Crinkle cut fries must have been sitting for a while, and the tater kegs were very overcooked. The waitress didn’t even know how many tater kegs came with your meal.
We will give it another try after it’s been up & running longer, and hoping for a better outcome.
