Penn Station never disappoints! Ryan, the owner, is incredibly friendly and personable—you can genuinely tell he cares about both his employees and every customer who walks through the door. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the service is consistently great. You can always expect a 10/10 sub here. I always order the Italian, and it’s perfection every time—especially paired with their lemonade. Highly recommend stopping in!

Best sandwiches anywhere. Competitive pricing. Great bread/rolls LOADED with goodness. Fresh cut skin on fries. Fresh squeezed lemonade. Once you eat here, you’ll never eat at Subway, Pot Belly or Jimmy John’s again.

It is a nice addition to the Hub. A step up from your standard sub chain. Their philly is a bit different, but delightful. Counter service and then they call your name. The fries are tasty. The portions are plenty for anyone not on a GLP1. If you are on a GLP1 you’ll probably have enough for 2 leftovers. Good stuff.

So glad to have a Penn Station in the area. Given this is a brand new location with new employees being trained, and retrained, I’m looking at all the positive. I’ve been to this location 7 times now since opening. The first couple were great, but slow as they were so busy and had all new staff. The next 2 visits were a bit disappointing as the sandwich wasn’t balanced right (lots of meat on one side or toppings skewed towards one side), but a quick look under the hood and a rearrange solved it (granted this shouldn’t be needed for the cost, but again, new staff).

The last three visits were FIRE. I am thinking because they were less busy so they could focus on doing things right. This location will sort out its consistency issue very soon.

Quick note, the owner is super awesome, approachable, and reasonable. If something isn’t right, say so and he will make it right.

So looking forward to the staff getting some experience in (especially busy time experience) as that is the only thing holding this location back from being the best sub spot in CP (I remember when Jimmy John’s across the street was complete crap due to a crappy manager and staff, which they fixed and now they are legit. This location already has a top-tier owner/manager, just needs the at bats).

Staff was friendly and food was delicious. I had a big order and the gentlemen working there, possibly the manager, was so helpful ensuring I had everything. He also offered to carry out my food to the car in the 5 degree weather. Good service is hard to come by these days so was appreciated!

Penn Station is hands-down one of my favorite sandwich spots. Everything is made fresh right in front of you, and you can really taste the difference. The bread is perfectly baked, the ingredients are high quality, and the portions are generous.

My go-to order is the Philly Cheesesteak, and it never disappoints—tender steak, melted cheese, and perfectly grilled onions all packed into warm, fresh bread. It’s consistently delicious and easily one of the best versions of this sandwich around.

Add in their fresh-cut fries and friendly service, and it’s a perfect meal every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great, satisfying sandwich experience!

Food was okay…it was sitting ready to go for 15 mins and no one called my name until I asked again. Let’s do a better job sweeping under our stations

Food was good and I enjoyed it, but some of the fries were underdone and my sandwich didn’t have as much meat as I would like for $14. Other than that, service was good and everything was ready when I arrived!

Good sandwiches! A little expensive so we don’t come as much as we would like though. Sandwiches can be customized and are made to order. Delicious!

Cost of meal was surprising at $21 for sandwich, fries, and a drink. The meat on the sandwich did not cover the bottom of bread so I ended up trashing 1/2 the bread. The toppings were missed and had to bring attention to the person delivering the sandwich. Super disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be back.
