The place maybe had 2 tables when we ordered 2 pizzas to go. I took almost an hour. There were maybe 4 tables when we left and several people came in and ordered to go and left before us with much bigger orders. The front of house was pleasant but back of house seems unmanaged. My pizza had such big bubbles that didn’t get addressed making several slices just cooked up crust. Probably better to just get the buffet but with the few people in there coughing and sneezing all over I would recommend that at all.

As a former manager of a Pizza Inn (now closed since owners retired) for years….I was so excited when I just happened to see another one “in the wild”…lol. The food was fresh and tasted just like I remembered. It was great. My server, Kelsey on the other hand ….couldn’t seem to be bothered with me. Never once asked if I wanted a refill, never cleared and of my plates, but she sure made sure to refill the other 3 tables/booths directly surrounding me. She checked on those tables multiple times….not me. Even specifically would try NOT to make eye contact as she passed my table to check on the others. The only interaction we had was when I had to flag her down to place a to go order. I was in a beanie, sweatshirt and jeans…..but I would have tipped amazingly if I was completely ignored on purpose. To this young server, never judge a table….you never know what you could’ve gotten. Oh. An apparently they are supposed to give you your bill…..watched all the other tables get one…..NOT me. I would love to come here again, but next time I’ll ask for a different server. Didn’t even know her name until I went to pay…..she never introduced herself, I read it on my receipt

The ladies at this place always take care of us! We are regulars and its bc they are always on top of it…I’m not even a pizza fan lol The young ladies here though work hard, they are friendly, up beat, and always working hard! To all of our girls who were there tonight and the other day yall deserve a raise! We tell everyone to stop here…and tip well! See you ladies in a few days

Got there after 4 pm. Was greeted as we walked in. Friendly staff tonight. Food was coming out fresh. My little one eat nuggets and tater fresh. Pizza was fresh. We really enjoyed the food. We’ll be back again. Thank you.

Although still living in Iowa, my parents moved back to Tennessee 20+ years ago. Our travels have taken us by Pizza Inn for years especially when looking for a quick place to eat that the kids would enjoy. Your establishment has changed from many items on the buffet to just pizza and salad. We made our usual stop after Christmas and were disappointed. Two pickle pizzas and at least two sweet chili pizzas on the buffet table were not what we had in mind. Yes, these are cheap, but not filling or tasty. We waited for 45 minutes for a meat entree pizza other than bits of chicken or pepperoni. Unfortunately, Pizza Inn is not as good as it used to be. In the past, we would plan our trip to have lunch or dinner at your restaurant, but now we won’t need to make Pizza Inn a destination.

JUST AMAZING!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ This restaurant was just remodeled last week and it is wonderful. The hot pizzas never stopped coming from the kitchen, even as busy as they were, the young waitress constantly made sure I had enough to drink and that everything was up to par.
I stay at the Drury across the road on many occasions traveling with work and prefer pizza to burgers any day.
If you have not been here in the past week, I suggest you make it a point to stop by when you are in the area.
Good food, good atmosphere, great service, wonderful food, and great Christian music set the tone for a wonderful meal in the afternoon or the evening.

The staff were so friendly and the food was great! Have not been to a pizza inn in years. Next time I’m in the neighborhood I will definitely go back.

Very disappointed. Buffet was a complete mess. Service was non existent. All we saw were teenagers working that couldn’t care less about taking care of customers. Never once checked on us or came to refill drinks. Instead, they were standing behind the counter talking and had their cell phones out. Needs to be a manager on duty monitoring them and the restaurant.
