I ordered through the app. The delivery driver was on time and very nice. I gave him a great tip, however the pizza was a mess. I ordered the Deluxe Large, no garlic oil and light sauce. What I got was a mess. The pizza was swathed in the garlic oil and it looked as if they tried to wipe it off but created a disaster instead. I wasn’t angry at first, I was trying to call and ask for a replacement. The garlic is salty and too strong for my taste. I held on the line for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer. No luck. Called again, again no answer. I’ve left a complaint with the cooperate “Dot the Bot” AI assistant now because I am frustrated. This is not how you run a business and after ready the reviews for this location, I will never order from them again. Like I said, the driver Patrick was great but the store not answering is absurd. I tried to eat a bit but it was awful. The box even looked terrible as if it was dropped or something.

Dominos ruined my night.. first of all I ordered two medium pizzas and some brownies.. nothing crazy. Me and my family waited 2 hours for this pizza.. we get the pizzas and the toppings were wrong not once but twice.. we ordered a simple meat pizza and it still wasn’t made right. Then the pizza was cut in any kinda fashion and they were like toothpicks I ordered olives and there was 7 olives on the pizza!!!!! This was an entirely terrible experience and I will never be back I hope yall are ashamed of yourselves.. I wish I could put negative stars cus that’s how bad this was!!

This is suppose to be a medium hand tossed cheese pizza. I usually don’t tip but I actually did this time and the quality is actually worse! It is very sad that I can get a better pizza all around from a gas station than I can from a pizza place.

Was in the area running errands (Fri 3/21) and decided to take advantage of the 50% off deal to try the new stuffed crust pizza. I live in Lanett and used to work at that store, but I love this location. Ordered before leaving Walmart and my order was literally ready by the time I got down the road. As always everything was hot and fresh exactly as I ordered it. The young lady who brought my order out was correctly dressed for work, clean/neat uniform from head to toe. It was really refreshingly nice as usual. I’m a pizza lover so keep up the good work and you guys will always get my money even when I don’t have it to spare. Thanks for making dinner easy again.

Last week I ordered a specialty pizza and a medium cheese. The order went to the wrong house. It was my neighbor and when she got the pizza she chased the delivery driver down to tell him it wasn’t her order. They then get it to my house. It was also the wrong order. I received a lasagna and a large two topping pizza. It could have been fixed fairly easily however I believe they take their phone off of the hook so they don’t have to deal with customers. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and nobody ever answered. I put in a complaint with corporate and they offered me a free medium 2 topping pizza. My order of a specialty pizza and a medium cheese cost more than a two topping and a lasagna. They have been fine before this, so I’ll give them a 3 star.

No matter your toppings you won’t be disappointed! This is the best pizza in town hands down! Great job to the crew at the Gateway Drive location. Every time I have ordered this classic up have delivered This is the PAN with Xtra pep, banana peppers and diced tomatoes..EXTRA cheese of course.

Absolute clown show. 2+ hour delay on order. AI receptionist. On hold for 20 minutes. Eventually, they finally picked up just to leave the phone off the hook. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Do not waste your time and money on this location.

When I enter, I am always greeted with a smile and a “Welcome to Domino’s!” They will try their best to make sure I am given superior quality food and customer service. I can’t comment on the food nor service since it’s a Saturday afternoon, NOT football season, and I’ve been waiting an hour for my delivery. I waited on the phone twice for 10 minutes trying to cancel because Marco’s is a mile from my house. I had reward points for Domino’s which furthered my bad decision. Don’t follow in my footsteps, save yourself. Ordering Pizza should be innate by this time in our lives and rather than, it’s pathetic!!
