We probably waited in line for 14 minutes, and it it took 20 minutes for 4 smoothies. I’d understand if we ordered 12 smoothies but it’s 4.
I waited at the drive-thru window for over 30 minutes without anyone taking my order. When an employee finally came to the window, she attempted to give me someone else’s food. After I told her I hadn’t ordered yet, she closed the window without explanation or apology.
A different employee later asked if my order had been taken. When I said no, he took my order and then sent the same employee back to collect payment. She showed no urgency or professionalism, responding with comments like “what do you want?” and “is that all?” — behavior that reflects poor training and lack of supervision.
He then tried to control the situation by sending someone outside to take orders, but that employee never communicated my order to the team inside before I reached the window. This confirms there is no effective system or leadership in place.
The issue here is not the product — it is management’s failure to train, supervise, and implement basic customer service standards.
they deliver.
I ordered Uber from them a few days ago and THOROUGHLY enjoyed it and got what I ordered, precisely.
Sadly, when I did a pick-up of, quite literally the exact same order, one of the items was obviously someone else’s order, and I couldn’t tell it wasn’t until I was already far-gone on my way.
Still, for the wrong item, it tasted good, but they did rush themselves instead of taking an extra 30 seconds to double check if it was the item on the order.
The kind older lady was doing her best, and this last time was an acceptable fail.
This guy slammed the drive thru window open and just stared at me. I said good morning, again he just STARED AT ME. He didn’t give me my total, just shoved the credit card reader out of the window. So far, I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Thankfully, the Second Ladies at the pick up window were great. Super kind.
Açaí bowl is still frozen, maybe that’s normal and I’m just ignorant. Can’t even eat it. The smoothies taste like barely flavored ice.
The Santa Fe dilla was amazing though. ♀️
