This is a beautiful restaurant and the customer service was great but the food was lacking. I tried the sushi and found it to have a very fishy taste but the chicken karage was really good. I also tried the Yakisoba and it was ok, I didn’t want to take the leftovers. Overall this restaurant is just “ok” I’m willing to try other menu items at another time.

We can’t believe it took us so long to try this restaurant out—but now it’s hands-down our favorite spot for sushi and Japanese food in the area and we have come back many times! The sushi rolls and salmon belly were freaking phenomenal
Depending on the server I feel as tho a bit rushed with taking our order and didn’t feel patient. Me and my friends all knew what we wanted but the attitude with the server didn’t feel very professional. I do understand we came a little over an hour before closing but didn’t expect to be spoken to in a tone that felt harsh and rushed.
Overall the food was still really amazing and will still be coming back!!

We are regulars at Tokyo. This restaurant has been in Factoria for many years and it is always great. The service is great. The sushi is fresh and delicious. We also order a variety of hot doors such as bento boxes, uson, and various rice bowls. I think their chicken karage is also exceptional. We do both dine in and takeout and it is always great!

Went there when it opened. Service was very good. Food came out fast. Big portions. I ordered more than I can eat provided nice take home containers your choice of two items for the Bento box. Located in a shopping area. Plenty of parking a nice nice place for a nice meal. Can seat large parties.

Nice casual japanese sushi spot! This place has unique tatami mat style seating and is decently spacious. We ordered the crazy horse roll, citrus salmon roll, factoria roll and vegetable tempura.
All the rolls were pretty good and the sashimi was smooth. The crazy horse was packed with chunks of salmon, tuna, and hamachi which was nice.
The batter on the tempura was decently light and flaky.
Overall, this seems like a great non-traditional sushi spot for a large menu of options.

We ordered chirashi bowl, crazy horse roll and grilled smelt. The food was good, the smelt was delicious, I don’t think Ive seen it elsewhere. The menu has unique apetizers. i wished they had seafood salad which was what I was craving on this hot summer day. Service was fast and the staff are nice. Will be back to try other dishes.

We had Tokyo roll, spider roll, lemon roll, and a beef udon soup. The food was okay, but the service wasn’t that “okay”. They brought us dirty bowls and plates three times! One of server raised her voice toward me if I was okay with the cleanness of the bowl she brought.
You won’t have the same server during your time there, but too many… I wouldn’t be back.
