Must try the beef empanadas! Taste quite like an argentine empanada. We were not disappointed at all! Plenty of coffee options and bagels are delicious. Recommend Southie Coffee in Seminole, FL. Great little coffee shop! We had delicious empanadas on top of good coffee. You have to try the Cuban empanada – like a Cuban sandwich inside!
The space was really small and gets packed, so not so much a place to linger and work. However, if you’re in the area, it’s great to come grab a bite and a specialty latte to go. They also roast their own beans btw 🙂 A little pricey for the drinks, though.

Completely missed the flavor profile on bothbthe drinks we ordered. We ordered a PB, Banana, and mocha smoothie and a Nutella/Mocha iced coffee. The smoothie tasted just like Banana only and the coffee tasted like regular coffee. Friendly and fast service with plenty of parking.

Though it said on the delivery app that they had plentiful vegan options, when we arrived at the cafe, they claimed the only thing they could veganize was avocado toast. They said they removed those items from their menu and they no longer accommodate vegans. Two stars for not clearly removing vegan options online so our time was wasted driving here.

We ordered from door dash and got direct delivery and it was cold. My baked empenada was cold. Hubby’s breakfast burrito was cold. The bacon was floppy and undercooked. The breakfast burrito was also very wet and runny. We were gonna go to McDonald’s but decided to try this place instead. I’ll just go to McDonald’s next time.
