i’ve been sick and haven’t wanted to eat anything at all but i was craving dominoes, out of all things, so my boyfriend called in the order to deliver to me. he gave the correct address and after, what was supposed to be 35 minutes, one hour and thirty minutes, they delivered to someone else at my complex. he called because the app said delivered. the person over the phone laughed and argued that he gave him the wrong address and we were still left with no food and they didn’t want to find a solution. my boyfriend had to ask what the next steps were because we paid for the food and delivery. they said we can wait another 20 minutes and we’d have the food. it’s been twenty minutes already and no food. i hate being rude because i know how it feels but this was literally all i wanted to eat and now we are out the money too. i’m just so bummed. had it been handled better i wouldn’t be saying a word because i know mistakes are human nature. it doesn’t take much to resolve a problem like this. especially not for me. so just skip doing the delivery option and just go pick it up or go through doordash. doordash has better customer service.

Called the store after we received a pizza that was disgusting. It was barely cut, under cooked and tasted rancid. The gentleman who answered the phone sounded higher than a kite and proceeded to tell me that all he could do is give me a coupon. I asked for a refund considering I spent my own money ordering a pizza. I heard the manager yapping her trap in the background about “I ain’t giving a refund”

Ordered online for pick up. Got there a few minutes early to pick up hot fresh food. Checked in the drive thru. Was told to pull up.. then was completely forgotten about. I was told it’ll be 10 minutes. The app said 9. I didn’t mind. 30 minutes later I ended up having to go in myself and remind them I existed. To which I was given some degrading looks and questioning for. Realizing they still had my food. I recieved a burnt box of cold food. Get home and it’s not even cut.
Highly questionable and irritating service for the supposed greatest pizza chain. Bad food experience combined with terrible customer service. No stars. Do not recommend.

I ordered online it said it would be about 31 to 41 minutes which was great bc I was leaving work in muscle shoals!! I got there walked in they said hello but never actually came to the counter there were 4 other customers well after about 20 minutes and another customer walked in the lady came to counter asked for my phone number and then goes to state the food wasn’t ready and i asked how long the lady standing by the ovens said probably 2 hours!!! 2 hours!! Nope sorry I already waited the slotted time the website said and uou just let me stand there even longer before letting me know anything and I was ready to get home!! Now they should’ve said something when I came into door

After my order was ready, I pulled up to the window and waited 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. I went in and then still got ignored by the girl at the window. I told her I had been waiting at the window for 10 minutes and came in to get it. She acted like she didn’t care and went to the window to get the order of the people behind me. She continued to ignore until the cook who couldn’t leave her station asked her about it. This is completely unacceptable and a terrible excuse for customer service.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I ordered a pan pizza and lava cakes and paid $25. I received a hand tossed pizza with crushed lava cakes. My driver left the store at 4:43 and arrived at 5:12. My location is 6min away. So my order was crushed, cold, and wrong. On top of that Ive tried calling for 2hrs with no answer. I’ve had several friends try to call so they are just not answering their phones at all on a Saturday night. I want my money back and I will be showing up with this garbage after I get off work. Since they won’t answer the phone.

I ordered 2 pizzas and ordered half of a pizza without tomatoes. The gentlemen made it wrong and scrape the tomatoes to the other side of the pizza along with the chicken also. It was a complete mess. I am highly allergic to tomatoes. Brought it to the managers attention and she offered to make another pizza but I had already been waiting for 20 min for them to finish my ordered. I told her that that was unacceptable and she copped an attitude so I asked for her to just refund my money that I would eat somewhere else. She gave me no receipt for the return of my order. I just hope that it get credited back to me as she was very short and pissed off because I asked for my money back. I opened up the pizza to look at it and saw what they had done. This was a complete mess. I would have been embarrassed to serve a pizza like that.
