The food at Freddy’s is solid—classic steakburgers and frozen custard that hit the spot. But the service left a lot to be desired during my visit. Several team members were more focused on chatting about personal issues than helping customers. It didn’t feel like service was a priority. A little more professionalism would go a long way in improving the experience.

First, I waited 40 minutes during business hours while they did a switchover from breakfast to lunch. Then when I finally got my one item order it was wrong, like really wrong. They added cheese when I said no cheese and the food not at the tomato (I paid extra for) and the ketchup. Even though I was the first person to order after the switchover, thru still let my hamburger wait on the prep counter for about 3 minutes before handing out to me so it was soggy then. All in all, I will not be eating at this Freddy’s again.

Freddie’s is one of my favorites and this location serves breakfast! It’s great for an early flight out of GR, but they are rarely ever open on time. I fly every Monday and I don’t know what time they open since they are never consistent. So many fliers wanting food but they miss the earliest flights. Staff is also always in a bad mood. I can hear them arguing/fighting almost every Monday morning. I’d love to eat here but they are way too inconsistent for me to depend on, so I have to eat off the airport before I arrive. One photo is a breakfast place with a line that wraps around the place. The other is Freddie’s, still not open, even though the posted hours show they should be. Please open on time!

If I could rate this specific fast food restaurant location lower I would,
not only does the closing time change constantly. Their food is never consistent. I ask for a simple burger and ask them very kindly to change the bun, I have never had an issue for a whole year. And out of random it’s not aloud anymore for some reason. If you go to any of Freddie’s it’s not a problem. But I guess here at this location it messes up the whole process of making a burger.
Everyone knows how to make a burger. The bun, the meat maybe some condiments and maybe something else. But how hard is it to change a bun on a burger is my question? If you ask anything that will inconvenience them they won’t do it.
So I will end this by do better.

First time at Freddy’s and have to say the food was quite good. However…Same as Scott’s review 2 months ago. Prices on the menu are not actually what they charge you. Noticed after ordering and Service worker just said, “Yeah, I know. I’m not in charge of the menu board and prices; corporate has to fix it.” Well seeing Scott’s review from 2 moths ago this is a known issue. No, signage notifying patrons prices are inaccurate. Clearly, corporate promotes price gouging, so be fore-warned…

Hands down, some of the worst food I’ve ever had. The staff is overworked and not exactly friendly. The steakburger I got was so salty I couldn’t eat it.
