I ordered 4 street tacos (2 Carne Asada, 2 Al Pastor), which was done and served roughly in 15 min. The tacos were good, customer service was great, and they actually had a spicy sauce unlike some other food trucks. Ive been a repeat customer and absolutely love this truck 9/10 recommend

I can’t express my extreme disappointment in this truck enough, my husband and I were so excited to try it. Our food was bland, zero seasoning not an OUNCE of salt or anything – I got some street tacos, the shells were rather raw and there was so much cilantro it ended up being a bit soapy (That’s the only flavor I can even associate with it, because everything else tasted of nothing.) His burrito was unseasoned and dry. The meat on my tacos was over cooked, dry & bland. I’m pretty disappointed, perhaps we caught them on an off day. I’d be willing to try it again but not any time soon.

Being a so cal transplant trying to find some amazing Mexican food has been a struggle, until we found Coyote food truck and restaurants! They have great portion sizes and their food is sooo good! Definitely what we were looking for! I would recommend them if you want to have some good Mexican food!!

Did not expect such gourmet food from a food truck in such an out of the way spot. Had the steak and chicken burritos with fried cheesecake dessert. It was excellent!
