I stop at starbucks often and it’s always what you expect nothing over the top. Today though Morgan in the drive thru was one of the nicest people I’ve ever encounter, and was so apologetic even that my coffee was made warm and not iced, which wasn’t a big deal I was in no hurry what so ever.
Her kindness and just overall service my morning! Thank you again!

Got to work 10 minutes later all ready for that first sip but…my cup felt light.
Apparently the top two inches are for melted whipped cream? But only got 75% of a cup of coffee I paid and tipped for this?

These workers act like the amount of flavor pumps you get comes out of their pay. I ask for 8 hoping to get at least 6 but it tastes more often than not like straight milk. 6.25 for a glass of milk is a bit steep. Hey workers, treat ppl how you’d like to be treated at an establishment!!

Unfortunately most of the baristas are very unfriendly. They have messed up orders, forgot my cold foam that costs extra and when I went back through the drive through the older woman who works here gave me a cup of whipped cream.

Deeply saddened to learn this location fired my favorite barista. She was always the highlight of my visits. Her not being a part of the team will greatly reduce the amount of visits I make. A real shame she was let go for no reason. Truly the best barista I’ve experienced at any Starbucks location.

Stop in here every Sunday to get a grande matcha latte with 3 pumps of vanilla syrup, They alway charge for it but, 9/10 never get it! Even after telling them multiple times!I’m done, will find another place!

Got there before they even opened to get the bearista cups just for when I went in and I was the first person and they told me they were already sold out of them so they just let there employees buy them before they even open up is crazy. Do better starbucks

The baristas at this store work incredibly hard and provide excellent customer service. I had my children in the car and wasn’t able to go inside to pick up my drink. When I called to cancel, the barista went out of her way to make sure I still received it without needing to get out of the car. She truly went above and beyond. I wish I had caught her name, thank you so much! You have no idea how much that gesture meant to me.
