Food is delicious. The Escovitch fish was delicious. Crispy on outside, flaky inside. I loved the pickled veggies. I’ve enjoyed the jerk chicken, Mac n cheese, callaloo, and desserts.

Listen! On 11.15.25 I ordered brown stew chicken, which came with cabbage, plantains, rice & peas. The food was delicious easily 9/10. My only gripe, I didn’t realize it came with sides so I ordered an extra side for no reason, but hey it was good so I’m definitely smashing it!

Been coming here for years! Absolutely the only Jamaican spot I go to in Raleigh! Very nice family run this place the jerk chick and the Jamaican patties are amazing and fresh every day! Don’t leave with out getting one of their there homemade drinks!! Highly recommend this place!

It wasn’t very busy when we arrived so the wait time was minimal. The young man that helped us was very professional and attentive. The portions were plentiful which really surprised us. Most Jamaican eateries have big prices and small portions. The oxtails were tender and seasoned just right. Lastly, it was very clean. The floors, tables and bathrooms were all spotless. This will be a family favorite now.

We had the large jerk chicken platter. It was a very generous portion and fed two of us. The chicken was well-seasoned and very tender. The plate came with a couple plantains, cabbage, and rice+peas. All of the food was great and the guy at the counter was friendly. Mostly seemed like a take-out place but we ate in.
