$32 for two large blizzards and two basic double cheese burgers and a half order of what was supposed to be a large order of fries that were cold and old. On top of that, the little Mexican girl at the drive thru window had a less than positive attitude. I’ve lived in town for over 20 years and have been steadily seeing the downfall of this DQ. This will be the last time spending my hard earned money on garbage food and attitude.

Drive thru: Food was fine- cashier was polite. Big turn off: After spending about $11-12 I could not get a cup off ice/water without paying $1.79 for it. I said no thank you – I just wanted a little cup – the cashier said “for some reason the little cups cost even more.”
Industry standard in the US is either free or a modest fee (overall)— this is insulting and poor customer service. I could understand if you do not buy anything but this is beyond ridiculous.
The owners should consider consulting a professional marketing specialist if they do not believe this will impact their business — if for no other reason the reviews from dissatisfied customers (but 90% + do not complain, they just don’t return.)

We went to the Sedro-Woolley Dairy Queen yesterday, I will never eat there again. The building was filthy. Garbage was overflowing on floor. No napkins,or lids for drinks. There were 2 ladders laying in the dining area. Outside dining was locked and had rusty furniture that you wouldn’t dare sit on. The person in charge was rude and unprofessional to his employees, yelling at one of his employees in front of a lobby of people. From behind the counter you could see the blizzard machine and area around it which was filthy. We received our food which was luke warm and tasted terrible!
The health department needs to be called and new management needs to be put in place!
Do not waste your money going here!

Went in to pickup an ice cream cake from an online order, their freezers were down which is understandable. They then refused to give us a refund, or comp it in any way. The lady at the counter was rude and not helpful in any way and told us since it was a “third party” (the dairy queen website) they are not liable for any losses because of it. Terrible service.

I saw them drop a girls ice-cream for her milkshake on the ground and still use it to make her drink . I really liked this place before I saw that. If it never happened I would have kept the 4 star review posted ♀️.

Typical Dairy Queen experience. Am I the only one that thinks them serving my ice cream upside down?
After receiving my order, in the drive-through only by the way. I found the fries soggy and the taste of all the food minimal. $10 for the $7 dollar meal with tax and a a blizzard upgrade. Not a valve to me, especially because I’m on the motorcycle forced to use the drive-through trying to receive a drink and a blizzard. The hand written sign on the door says it’s because of Covid. Not sure I believe that since most restaurants are back to normal at this point. Based on the cleanliness of the store out front, it seems there may be other reasons. I think this may be my last visit to Dairy Queen in Sedro Woolley.

Will never spend our $ at DQ again! Paid $5+ for a “chocolate” shake that wasn’t even brown because they cheat on the chocolate syrup. When I politely asked for more chocolate syrup to fix my white “chocolate” shake, I was told I would have to pay extra. Never again (and recommend you go somewhere else too).

Horrible quality! I don’t mind waiting in a long line in the drive thru, but when you make my blizzards ahead of time and I wait over 20 min and my blizzards are literally liquid so much that it’s spilling all over my car. And this is now the 2nd time I have gotten water as country gravy!! It feel like the owners water it down to save money but it’s absolutely disgusting! Corporate needs to get involved at this point with all of the same complaints!

The drive tru line was extremely long, so I parked my car and went in to order. Apparently, the line for walk in is separated and I got served very fast.
