I have been eating at this establishment for many many years. It is a take out only restaurant. Normally I will call in my order and pick it up when ready.
I gave this review a single star specifically because of the service as of late. The food is good. The issue is that at least 2/3 of the time I try and call in my order the last year or two they will not answer the phone. That is irritating because it means sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for my food.
The lady they have at the front counter seems distracted and I have seen her actively ignore the business phone while I am standing there ordering. I am assuming that the ringer gets turned off at times as well.
Bottom line is that you would think answering the phone to take food orders would be a top priority for a to-go only restaurant. Whoever owns this place needs to know what is going on. This behavior certainly affects the amount of business they get.

Online menu is apparently outdated. No grilled chicken or strawberry milkshakes. Can’t eat that large a burger. Fortunately hubby’s a garbage goat. Ate all his PLUS the fries and will get the crispy chicken for his lunch tomorrow. My scale should appreciate me in the morning. Next time he’ll call before ordering something I had said I didn’t want. At least he didn’t get the black cherry milkshake when I wanted strawberry.
Very good of the owner to respond so quickly. It’s a definite negative if Google doesn’t allow an update of a business by its owner. As I pointed out, though, next time hubby will call before ordering. Hope you have a better day today and a positive holiday.

I get it. Inflation sucks. But for 1 cheeseburger and a side of rings, no drink. $17 better be a damn good burger. And it was just ‘fine’.
Server was friendly and the building has a little fun/charm.. but I just can’t spend that kind of money on ‘decent’.

We had a great experience, the lady who helped us was kind and was really great with my curious kids! My burger was delicious and it seemed like the shakes were good too! (I didn’t get any). lol. I’d eat here again. The service was quick and the process was painless!

Great food! They raised their prices due to everything surrounding COVID-19 and we still were happy to spend $40 for 3 burgers, 2 fries and a corn dog. Their plane in the building caught our 3 yr old’s attention and 10 min later we were happy it did! No public restrooms, wear a mask, and be prepared to wait for your food outside .. FYI

I was a little disappointed by standing and waiting in the place for 2-5 minutes before my order was taken. I had the peanut butter shake which wasn’t half bad. And a bacon cheeseburger. Truthfully, I wasn’t all that impressed.

Burger Landing is my aging parents favorite weekly burger joint. The burgers are great. My parents have their regular order of one cheeseburger and one Hawaiian burger, but my mom loves the onion rings. I drive them there and get them two orders of rings and I’m lucky if I get any by the time we’ve home. Every burger I’ve had there has been great. The service and food are excellent. You need to recognize that it’s the local burger joint that everyone around Port Hadlock and Port Townsend goes to. I rated the atmosphere a three because it’s all take out. That being said, it rates a five for food and service. Give it a try. I take my folks once a week to get their burger fix. They have loved it for years.

Very disappointed. Used to be able to get a decent meal for a decent price but today paid $37 for 2 fast food take out cheeseburgers, one order of fries and a pop. My husband and I thought we’d save money by sharing the fries and drink ha ha. I didn’t enjoy eating it knowing the whole time I’d been hosed. I will not go there again.
