Needs to get their stuff together. Found hair on my pizza. Pizza is usually burnt. Dont have their most bestest pizza ready. I saw one worker on his phone in the back. Sure they remodeled the place but they should be fixing their workers first. Learn to cook a pizza.
*Edit*:Third time that ive gone in for a extra most bestest, marketed as”hot-n-ready” and was given a wait time of 15 minutes. Change management or do something, already emailed corporate about the poor service this location gives.

First of all this very place has a lack of leadership just now, they were very behind on orders, mixing up the orders, and they never called out the names of those who already paid. My brother had paid and they told him to wait 25 min for the pizza to be ready, but then we ended up having to wait 25 minutes more when they had the food done and they never called out the names of those who ordered. There needs to be a leader at this place to make sure these people do not slack off.

I ordered 2 pizzas and Italian cheese bread at 5:48 p.m., and the pizzas were ready at 815, yes, 815 pm. I have to go to the restaurant 2 times. I was so annoyed but not to the employees because they did what they could with all the ordersand not enough workers. I ordered stuff crust, and there’s was no “stuffed crust” in my pizza they usually good at this location, but that day was just horrible. I have to admitc that this is one of the best locations of little Caesars that make the best pizzas, I have tried Anaheim, Garden Grove, Ontario, Montclair, and Pomona. And they are not good. I am serious. We are lucky in this location.

Food was always fresh, which makes the experience take long, but it’s worth it.. I’m just impatient and entitled at the same time, lol.
Atmosphere is only 3 stars because the location is dirty due to the overwhelming amount of homelessness.
Service is crazy because they so busy you can be standing around without being acknowledged. You have to fight for attention.

I mean to me food is good but cmon it’s not impossible to make a decent pizza especially on non busy hours. Unless you want half your pizza being fat crust, barely any toppings, and burnt, I don’t fully recommend. Unless you’re hungryyyy

This location seems under staffed and not organized. Staff is polite and wants to do the right thing but somehow service and food quality is not 100%. Bread sticks most times are old and tough. Cheese pizza slightly overcooked. Staff not properly trained on food safety as an order was given to a customer. Costumer walked out the door and came back with the lid of 1 box opened slightly. They stated it was the wrong order. The staff member proceeded to put it back in the heater to give to right customer. I advised staff member to discuss situation with manager.
