First time trying this place while passing through the area. Based on the reviews and photos, it looked reasonable — unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the reality.
To start, the assistant serving (a teenager) clearly needs basic customer-service training. The interaction felt dismissive and poorly handled from the outset.
The food itself was a 1/5. I ordered a shawarma wrap. What I actually wanted wasn’t available (surprising for a Middle Eastern spot), but the bigger issue was what I was served instead.
There was an obvious breakdown in communication between the person taking orders — attempting to translate in Spanish — and the non-English-speaking kitchen staff, despite them being only a few feet apart. I very clearly ordered a shawarma wrap.
What I received was chicken koobideh — minced chicken mashed into pieces that resembled scrambled eggs (see attached photo), thrown into a wrap with a pile of salad and no sauces at all. For a wrap that was already on the pricey side, the effort and execution were extremely poor.
Unfortunately, as I was passing through, I had no choice but to eat it. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
As a takeaway order, I also expected napkins in the bag — none were provided, which sadly felt on brand given the overall experience.
Strongly recommend proper training and clearer communication between the three chefs and whoever is left running the front of house. Right now, it’s simply not up to standard.

It was very, very good. The quality of the food was excellent. The taste of the kebab and chicken was amazing, and their lamb muscle dish was the best. It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten such good food.

The Chicken Juji is tender, juicy, and marinated to perfection — each bite melts with that rich saffron and citrus taste that only real Persian cooking can deliver. Please don’t hesitate to ask and confirm the amount if you order over the phone.
Don’t make a mistake like me.
In the picture, you see a total of 19 skewers were ordered over the phone. When I arrived for pick up, I was shocked to see the total amount to pay was $395. I asked to have it double-checked and explained the amount to me.
They apologized and said that $75 tip was included in the total If you pay cash, we could reduce the total to $305. However, I don’t think anyone carries cash all the time. I confirmed that I am paying by card and paid $315, which would be approximately $18 per skewer.
The food was inside two trays and I was still thinking that the food would be okay. Since they had given me two trays and inside must be worthy,
I thought it might be worth the $315 I did not open while I was there.
When I got home and opened the trays , I saw only skewer of grills no grilled onion or tomato or salad nothing.
It was my first and will be last time to order from here.
