The food was amazing and the service was incredible. My kids have peanut allergies and they helped us navigate those challenges by checking on the type of oil they used. Excellent!

Just found my new taco spot far away from home!
Been trucking for almost a week now and I’ve been trying new food spots along the way — mostly takeout, no sit-down — and this place honestly surprised me
Food was hot, fresh, and way better than expected. Real talk, it was kind of a shocker. It’s almost sad to say, but this was better than a lot of what I’ve had on my recent occasions in San Antonio.
Stopped in real quick since we had to hit the road again, and it took no more than 5–7 minutes to get my food ⏱️
I ordered 3 mini tacos ($3 each — solid price for Utah):
• Carne Asada
• Lengua
• Adobada
All topped with cilantro & onion on fresh corn tortillas — soft, warm, and made right.
For salsas:
• 2 Salsa Verdes — classic, fresh, mild (really good, but I personally like it spicier ️)
• 1 Salsa Roja — spicy and exactly what I was looking for
I almost went with tacos suaves, but I was craving the mini tacos more — glad I did
Next time though… tacos suaves are definitely happening.
Everything tasted freshly made and not rushed at all. This spot is inside the Flying J off I-15 (Exit 112), and that Flying J was spotless — seriously clean ✨
Shoutout to the friendly guy at the counter too — great service all around. Beaver, Utah is a cool little town ️ and this stop turned into a solid meal and a great road memory.
I’ll definitely be back if my routes bring me through again

The lady still took my order without blinking an eye.
Ordered a sausage breakfast burrito.
And i must say it was superb!
Eggs were excellent not hurried.

The food is delicious. Best tasting Mexican food in Utah I’ve found. I’m particularly fond of their asada fries and the beef chimi.
But others have written about what happens afterward, and I can confirm. It doesn’t feel like food poisoning. I just really need to go about an hour later, no delay possible.

Best burrito I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not kidding. Can’t believe it came from a truck stop either. It’s somewhat under construction though, so the dining area was weird. But yeah, get the carne asada burrito.

Service was great…..but the food was not good. There was no flavor in any of the food. Order the enchilada and Tostada plate. Able to taste the enchilada sauce was the from the can and it was only cheese, no meat option. The beans was super watery. My husband order the 1 taco and chicken burrito plate. The burrito just had unseasoned chicken and bell pepper, nothing else in it. Overall we were disappointed, especially since we were looking for something to eat on our way home.

11/10 the food is really fresh and tasty, lady at the counter is super nice and courteous. The order was ready right away, no waiting at all. Ordered another one to go because it was too good, the best burrito ever
