Food was great except the chow main. I got the orange chicken, green bean chicken, and the jalapeño chicken. Service was extremely poor. This was I and my boyfriends first time going we didn’t know the menu and we were trying to choose but the old lady was being rude and trying to rush us even though we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. The man was very polite and was giving us a different options of items.

Great comfort Chinese food! We ordered the 3 item plate and it was big! Most of of it rice and noodles but it was all yummy, especially for a fast food set up. They keep busy and I saw them adding more to their trays and I could hear all the chopping happening in the kitchen so you know the food doesn’t sit there long
Also affordable, great value. I liked it Better than Panda Express.

Meh. First time trying this place based on some of the reviews and I would say it’s about average or maybe a little bit less flavorful than Panda Express. $12 for a rice bowl and egg roll.

I love this place ❤️ everything is always so delicious! I ordered a very large order and called to complain about a “supposedly” missing item and they were so nice dealing with my stupidity! I had it all along and they were very gracious. Order here and know if you do- it will be delicious & if you ever have a problem They are quick to resolve it.

Ask for your receipts! I would have loved to come in here and keep rooting for this whole in the wall style restaurant that I’ve returned twice for, but unfortunately will never be back. They do not have good morals here maybe not all of them but the small little ole lady charged me an extra $19 dollars, why just because she could. Because my faith in humanity got the best of me and I walked away without asking for my receipt. I had two 1 item combos that were priced at $27 and some change, I made sure to make the math and look at their registers total before thanking them and walking away.
Total charge on my bank statement was $47, they must need it more than I do, I’ll take the loss.

I go for the crispy orange chicken and the large servings. I also chose the vegetables instead of the noodles or fried rice for a healthier platter. Both the veggies, and my second entree, green bean chicken were freshly made.

Hong Kong express reminds me of my childhood. I do enjoy them as they have good prices, food is consistent, and they always give big portions. They really stuff those styrofoam (ugh) takeaway boxes and give you your moneys worth. Stopped and got steamed rice and noodles which ended up costing $6.66. Worker made joke about seeing that number frequently. Luckily they take Apple Pay at location on harbor and Wilson.

Picked up food to go at Hong Kong Express for the first time. Got the noodles, which was 80% of the plate! Plus 2 chicken dishes. Absolutely disgusting! Tried to keep eating it, as I was so hungry, but couldn’t continue.
