This McDonald’s location in Flourtown has good staff members that prepared my food and handed my food to me with reasonable timing. The store was clean with all the tables wiped down just waiting for customers to sit down and eat. The store is taking care of while I visited during lunch. Keep up the good work

This is a great McDonald’s, idc what anyone says. The food is always hot, the nuggets are always perfectly crispy, the staff at the drive thru window are always chill and polite and they’re generally pretty fast here too. Love it, no notes.

Everytime I go a have missing food. I ordered a quarter pound and got a regular burger in a quarter punder box. Milkeshake machine always out of order so can’t gwt a shamrock shake.

It’s McDonald’s. You don’t care about if the food is good or not. It isn’t. You don’t care if it’s clean or not… It’s not really. You couldn’t care less about the service either. You just want to feed the addiction… And it serves that desire admirably.

Their attitude is terrible. Not friendly. Girl at counter was borderline rude. No hello, no can I help, just stared at me. No thank you. They put my order on a rack and expected me to know it was ready. Tables are dirty. Had to clean mine. Food was hot and was as expected. Not another McDonald’s for miles so you are stuck with these people. Maybe I’ll do drive thru to avoid this negative energy.

The cashier area is tight. They only have two kiosk for self service and one person at the register. It’s cleaner than most but no matter McDonald’s I go to the issue is always the same, warm food. The Big Mac was less than warm along with French fries. Disappointed.

This is literally the worst slowest McDonald’s you can go to. We drive an extra 15 minutes of 309 to go to the one in North Wales because they have so much better service. This one is awful and it always is awful. It’s been the same way for the last five years and the owners don’t care don’t go to this McDonald’s if you don’t have to.

Walked in and placed an order using kiosk, no receipt given. Was trying to ask woman at front counter but she was taking drive thru orders and ignored me. Guy finally came up and reprinted receipt, when we went to hand me my food acted like he wanted me to come behind the counter to get it as he would step up to the counter. Not a pleasant visit…

Absolutely terrible service. Everytime I go the fries are stale not fresh,hard to bite, burgers taste mediocre I’ve felt this same everytime I’ve gone and this will b my last thank you for not upholding Macdonalds standards.
