First off I want to start with this place was amazing but what was the most amazing part was my experience with a young lady named Jasmine i went there around 8 30ish just me and my son who has special needs she greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm welcome we didnt know what we wanted so we looked through the different choices she was patient and helpful we are not from pueblo we were just passing through i had told her what I wanted and normally I ordered my son’s food because he is autistic and nonverbal but before I could get to that part she looked at my son and asked him what he was feeling like my friend now to most this may not be special but I have never been somewhere that they ask my son what he wants my son is 29 and cant speak but jasmine did not put that against him she look to me and said I have the the time and I would love to get what he wants right and that put a tear in my eye ive been having the most hard year of my life and for someone to look at my son with hope and passion took me away my son pointed to everything he wanted things ive never put on his sandwich and he loved it she talked to me and my son and she waited for the little noises he would make she seemed to understand my son in the fullest ways this company is blessed to have a amazing soul like hers and I hope if this message ever gets to her I hope she know how great she made me and my son feel and I would gladly drive back down there just to have another conversation with her thank you jasmine!

This place has turned around a lot. The employees have gone beyond for my order in store and online. There was hiccups in the beginning but a lot has changed! The employees at night are amazing! I had an order of 7 footlongs and they didn’t even give a glare a sigh or any type of attitude they just made it happen! I would truly love to thank the 2 employees I dealt with tonight. Huge shout out to Sabrina and David. Truly wonderful employees they will go above and beyond to make sure your order is the way it needs to be done either in person or online! I highly suggest going at night the day crew do not care like these 2 employees do.

I have never felt so belittled by a worker in my life. She didn’t want to hear anything I had to say as soon as she seen me walk in with a Subway bag, I didn’t blame her or anybody else for the mistake, I didn’t raise my voice. I didn’t use cuss words. I didn’t call her names but she was still very rude to me and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. I finally gave up trying to explain the situation of what happened online because all she kept saying was you need to talk to my manager in the morning. Need to talk to my manager in the morning. I gave up and said fine. Remake my sandwich and I’ll repay for it. She went to go put on gloves but then I asked her about the phone number situation and she got mad at me even more. Said her phone hasn’t rang all day. I told her I had been calling like 5-6 times in a row before I got here. Again, she did not like that me saying anything counter to her was being negative and rude. She eventually took off her gloves and told me that she’s not going to make my sandwich at all anymore. I have never felt so humiliated and belittled in my entire life. There where other customers around and it was completely unnecessary of her. I was literally willing to pay for another entire footlong sandwich that would have costed me about $15.
Edited to add in the fact that their phone line never works. This is the third issue I’ve had on an online order and I have never been able to get a hold of anyone to address the issue. When I was in store the associate refused to give me an actual working phone number. I barely got the manager’s name out of her and when I asked her to repeat herself she refused to. She refused to give me her name and she refused to make my order correctly. When I then got frustrated and told her fine remake my sandwich and I’ll repay for another one. She refused my service. There are a handful of other subways in this town. Stay away from this one. it’s unfortunate to say this too because every other associate or worker I’ve ran into here has been really really nice, but it sounds like the manager doesn’t care at all. Or this particular worker doesn’t. No working phone number. No way to resolve issues especially when ordering online. Be warned, do not order online. Especially from this location. They’ve also taken their name off of the better Business bureau section so you can’t even list a complaint there honestly, it’s only a matter of time before they turn off Google reviews too. So not only is this the second trip I’ve made to Subway to try and resolve this issue in particular. This is the second time that I’m coming home empty-handed without this issue resolved. I’ve sent emails. I’ve made phone calls, I’ve chatted to online help. It really gets to a point where it’s not about a sandwich anymore.

They claimed that they discontinued black olives. Sandwich was over toasted making the bread hard and impossible to eat. Had to open the sandwhich and pick out the meat in order to eat it. Location was dirty with filled trashcans. All in all, probably one of the worst subway experiences I’ve had. Do not recommend.

The subs are mediocre at best but it was annoying to order online and be missing things from the order and to have to go back in twice to get things. The flatbread snacks are a joke. There was 2 pepperonis and a little cheese in the one that is supposedly 2x pepperoni and cheese and it was not spread over the flatbread. Not sure if that is how it is meant to be but if so I can’t imagine many people are going back for me. Very very disappointed and will not be going back

Just went here and what a joke. I’ve never gotten such a sloppy made foot long Ever. Cheap as hell with the toppings. Left half of the shit on the counter instead of the sandwich. Sloped the sauce all over the cup and counter and NO attempt to even clean it up. $30+ for the shittiest food ever eaten. Well didn’t even eat it.

Worst Subway I have ever been too. Only one worker the with is 20 minutes. On at least four occasions I have went in there and they are out of key ingredients. How is it possible to have a sub shop and be out of all bread or not able to take any form of payment. Honestly this store is filthy and a waste of space

This subway was lacking in cleanliness, and customer service if you have a choice or even if you don’t go somewhere else… the counter where they make the sandwiches was filthy, they had most of there food cross contaminated and the staff didn’t stop to listen to what our order was. All and all would not recommend.
