A Happy Accident Turned Into a Five-Star Sampler!
We originally stopped in for just two pizzas—the Inferno (4) and The Count (5)—but a small service mix-up turned our dinner into an impromptu tasting tour.
A pepperoni pizza (3) arrived by mistake, and while the manager was incredibly apologetic and kind, the “glitch in the matrix” continued as two more pizzas (1 & 2) followed shortly after. Due to food safety policies, they couldn’t take them back once they hit the table, so we did the only honorable thing: we turned our night into a full-blown pizza review!
The Verdict:
• The Count (5): This was my personal favorite. I added local Italian sausage for some extra protein. The olive oil base and minced garlic are great, though it could handle a tiny bit more seasoning—but that sourdough crust is absolutely delicious across the board.
• The Inferno (4): Perfect if you like a little kick with that hot honey.
• The “Mystery” Pizzas (1 & 2): Even the mistakes were wins. Pizza 1 (The Wilbur) with the whipped ricotta was a standout, and Pizza 2 (The Godfather) was a unique, savory surprise.
To wash it all down, I highly recommend the Blackberry Mead they have on tap (pictured). Huge thanks to the staff for being so gracious about the mix-up. We’ll definitely be back—intentionally!

Awesome new brewery location on the east side of Georgetown! Great beer and friendly staff. Sarah did great at serving us right as we seated. Free wifi and plenty of outlets to plug into if you’re looking to get out that home office for a bit at the end of the day! Can’t wait to try the pizza next time we stop in!

DELICIOUS pizza with plenty of veggie options! The dough itself was excellent. They offer both outdoor and indoor seating, and the vibe is really relaxed. It also features local craft beer, which paired perfectly with the pizza. I didn’t expect to find such great pizza in Georgetown… I’ll definitely be back!!!!

It must be the brew that makes this place because it’s food is disappointing. Not for over $50. Also, can someone explain why the bottom of my pizza is stained black… does the oven need cleaning . Disgusting. This was my first and last time here.

What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! The new brewery is exactly what our community needed, great beer, delicious pizza, and a family friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome. The pizza is outstanding, and the brewery’s lineup is just as impressive. It’s the perfect spot to relax with friends or bring the kids for a laid back evening. Huge congratulations to the owners for creating such a great local spot. We’ll definitely be regulars!

Overall solid .. pizza was too salty… Crust was undercooked and soft… Beer was excellent but possibly served 7-10 degrees below industry standard . I like the place but they need to raise their standards to Pinthouse Pizza levels if they want to have a loyal following. You can’t charge the same price and deliver a lower quality product and expect a good result unless you’re shooting for a distant 2nd place… Work in progress, only 2 months old.. I expect better

Barking Armadillo Social is such a gem! The service was top-notch. It was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell the staff really care about making sure everyone has a great time. The atmosphere is spot-on: lively but relaxed, with great energy, fun music, and a setup that works equally well for hanging out with friends or grabbing a casual bite. The food and drinks were excellent! everything came out fresh and flavorful. Definitely one of those spots that makes you want to stay a while. Can’t wait to go back!

exceeded expectations! we booked their pizza truck for our wedding before ever trying the pizza so when we heard they had opened a restaurant we had to try. we took two of our friends and tried the lucy honeychurch, little red hen, and ohana. our friends loved their pizza, the ohana, and raved about how fresh the pineapple was. i loved the lucy honey church and the tomatoes were so flavorful. my fiancé said the little red hen was so good we had to add it onto our menu for the wedding day. very glad we went because we left with two new types of pizza in the running for the menu. owner was also very sweet, gave great recommendations and went above and beyond to give us a good experience.
