Im already not going to enjoy everything I expected. These guys, (not the managers) doing the work behind the counter are all complaining because of the orders being well done. Well, If youre upset go find another job, otherwise, don’t speak so pouty and sad over a pizza job. come on man. The managers and counter helpers were great, had a great attitude. I get it its busy I’ve been there before too but jeez.
Edit: Pizza was great, Didn’t have any issues with the food. Well done and beautiful looking. Honestly just was shocked to hear the employees spouting off even when they know there are customers. I get it they probably need people but I could do their job faster and better service than whatever that was. maybe I’ll call and ask for an app. lol

I ordered online and it took over an hour which I understand it was probably busy but my order never came. I waited till 1am and I ordered at 10:45 pm for my order and no one knocked on my door and nothing was by my door at any time. I really wished they offered me what I ordered that night to be free but they didn’t or replace it either

I’ve been going to this place for years. It’s had its ups and downs. Sarah who understands I can’t put Cajun on my pizza because the wife doesn’t like it and the kiddo can’t have it, gives me a souffle cup of Cajun everytime I ask and the pizza has rarely disappointed us. Give Sarah a raise. My whole family appreciates the consistency and consideration since she’s been there. I appreciate you all and thank you. Be back soon.

December 2nd 2025 hung up on three times before I ever even got to talk to anybody then was told to hold and then hung up on again. I know these people don’t get paid a lot but what’s the point in running a business if you don’t even have enough people to answer the phone to take an order? Pay these people more money so they don’t mind working otherwise just close this location down what’s the point in being open if they don’t do any service?

Was great pizza in the past…. but tonight I got Buffalo chicken with Sriracha on the side, but it wasn’t on the side it was drenched on the entire Pizza, which was extremely hot. We called to let them know, and then we got a replacement pizza, with no buffalo on it. Even thow we explained to them twice the first time ordering, 0 out of 2 pizzas was correct!

Normally I have a great experience but today when I tried to order through the app it said the store was closed, looked up the hours and it says you close at 10pm. So do you guys actually close at 10pm on Sundays or do you close earlier? Was really looking forward to pizza since little ceasers makes me sick I can’t eat there and I don’t have the money to get delivery and I don’t have a car to go get pizza from somewhere else… highly disappointed

Popped in to place an order for dinner – it came out quickly and the employees at the register were very kind and polite. The pizzas came out delicious – cooked perfectly, cut well so it didn’t need to be torn apart, and delicious crusts. Cheesy bread was not doughy or overdone – just right. Best Hungry Howies experience at this location than I’ve had in years!
