Ok so I deleted my first review and understand now why they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Since they are very new, they are understaffed. We went there around 11:30 ( they open at 11:00) hoping we would beat the crowd, but nope we still had to wait for about 20-25 minutes. But also because we were a party of 5. While waiting I noticed that if there’s only 1-2 people in your party, a seat at the counter opens up faster than a table. After we got seated at the counter, one of the guys explained the menu to us, we placed our order and it took about another 15-20 minutes for our food to get served. The food did not disappoint. We first got a cup of really good beef broth and our food was excellent!!! The portion was just right for me although for some big eaters it may run a little small.
The atmosphere was a little loud for me. They greet people very loudly when getting seated and when leaving. They have a semi open kitchen concept and the place is not that big so you get all the noises from everywhere. It almost reminded me of a public market. So if you’re looking for a quiet place to eat, this is definitely not the place.
I would definitely recommend this place for good steaks and hamburger steaks.
Oh, almost forgot, they sell ice cream cones for their soft serve that you can refill. A hit for the kids.
Also it looked like the best time is to be there right when they open or a little after lunch time. Otherwise you will be waiting for a while.
Oh… also, they don’t take orders for take out. Dine in only.

I had the homemade Gorgonzola hamburger steak, and it was so good — super flavorful! I totally forgot to take a picture of the sauce, which I’m still sad about because it was amazing.
My husband had the medium-rare steak with onion sauce, and it was juicy and delicious. I tried a bite and loved it. The garlic rice was also way better than expected!
They also had DRAGON BALL, One Piece, and other famous Japanese anime posters inside. It’s actually fun just to look around at all the posters — I’m a huge DRAGON BALLfan, so that made me really happy.

Friendly, helpful staff and flavorful sauces add to the meat dishes. Parking close-by is scarce so plan accordingly. The trip is worthwhile! It’s usually crowded, for good reason!

As expected, a bit crowded & noisy after grand opening. Nice attempt at Japanese hamburgers. Burger was moist, pleasant flavor but demi-glaze looked, tasted like a light gravy. Star of the show for us was the side of karaage chicken. That was much closer to what’s served in Japan (crunchy outside, juicy inside; solid taste). Wonderful service.

Loved it! I wanted to try the Gorgonzola burger but I figured I had to try their special sweet onion sauce first. It did not disappoint. I highly recommend this place. I get to Oahu fairly often so I’m looking forward to my next visit.

A nice place to eat at if your craving for some Japanese style hamburger steak. A bit pricy and a portion was a bit small (maybe normal if going by Japan’s standard). I would recommend to come by, enjoy it and judge yourself rather than take my word for it.
I ordered the Demi-Glaze Hamburger Steak with a large rice [Roughly about $29 to 30](though it was kind of small). The taste was quite flavorful; not too strong or weak in terms of flavor profile. So it can be enjoyed by a variety of people.
Though, my only issue is that the portion size I received seemed a bit small compared to the amount I paid for. It’s quite difficult to justify the expense that I paid for something quite small. (For comparison; it’s like receiving a Small-Medium Sized McDonalds Meal for that price).
The service was very attentive and quite amicable to the customers. They were very patient and were willing to answer any questions you may have.
