This is the best ice cream in tne area! Truly handmade and high quality. A big group of us went today and mistakenly surprised them in the off season but the owner came into work on his day off to help. Then, he made it magic for the kids by giving them all balloons! Love this place! ❤️

My daughter and I stopped in so we can try Cary Dairy as we’ve heard great things. We were the only ones in the restaurant when she ordered. They forget her toppings so she had to remind them and I asked just for a cup of coffee. Probably about 1/4 of the cup was grounds which I was unaware until I got almost half way done. Was not impressed

First time visiting here in this super warm, March evening. Ice cream was great, with many flavors to choose from. The chocolate malt was okay, not my favorite and light on the malt flavor, so I’ll stick to ice cream on my next visit.
Service was quick and friendly. Nice neighborhood place for a treat after dinner. Looking forward to another visit here again soon!

Cary dairy has been our family’s go to spot for dairy free ice cream. This is the best dairy free soft serve we have had and never had any issues. After paying we unfortunately were told that they ran out of DF soft serve. Kids were a little bummed but Shawn was super nice and offered to replace our order with any other DF options they had available with no additional cost. Dole whip was great!

Based solely on presentation. This week I ordered an ice cream cake for a nine year old boy. He asked what color did I want the writing and trim. I told him that my grandson favorite color was red. What I got was a pink cake. Pink not red. When I picked it up I said this isn’t red it pink the girl behind the counter said our red is pink. Why wasn’t I told that when I ordered it???

The service was great and fast. The peanut butter cookie dough was some of the best ice cream I had in a long time. The kids loved it, they had Superman and they said it was an “A” and the texture was really good. Will be back for sure whenever in the area. Nice job!

Had a coffee ice cream float, some ice cream and a chocolate marshmallows smore. It was delicious, especially for a hot sunny summer day. I’m not sure why most of the other ice cream places were closed. Obviously they are not aware of how to run an ice cream parlor like Cary Dairy does during the hot summer months. This place is worth a stop and the prices are reasonable. Nice selection to choose from,and they had large ice cream cakes and small cakes rdy to go among other frozen treats. So, stop in and have something cold on a hot summer day!

Cary Dairy has some delicious ice cream and all the people working there are great. However, I do have a bone to pick with whoever decided to add the ‘special’ item of a brownie sundae to the menu. After a long ride home after picking mine up, I decided to dump it in my own bowl for better handelage while watching tv on the couch. This (pictured) is what my jaw dropped open to. How dare you disrespect the brownie lovers or the world, the people who order this delicious sounding item, by throwing 2 tiny Little Bites Brownies at the bottom of a heap of ice cream and calling it a ‘brownie’ sundae! There are 4 little bite brownies in a pack, 5 packs a box for $3.79. I could get more than 40 brownies for the price of the sundae, at least give me 3….Or, maybe you could put one of those deliciously looking and tasting brownies you sell separately, at the bottom! Anyway, I know this is an ice cream shop and the ice cream is 5/5 so maybe I’m not being fair with my 3 stars, I’m just upset about the brownies.
