brooo this food was so good. Tried them at the HOTFair and lemme tell you. This is hands down the best mexican food ive EVER had. All Gas no brakes. If you dont get the Birria Ramen, you’re missing out.

I come to this place all the time really great tacos. The meat is seasoned to perfection. But I am giving them 3-stars because last couple of times I went they didn’t give me what I asked for. I just asked if I could have extra cilantro and onions. Never got it also the salsa could be better. Other than that the tacos are amazing.

Based on that, the Tacos were good.
I ordered Al Pastor and Barbacoa because at the time I went, they did not have Birias available.
The Nachos were Ok, but it could be better.

I think it’s a good option if you are looking for an Authentic Mexican Taco. Having 2 places available (Hewitt Dr and La Salle), it gives you flexibility to enjoy some good authentic tacos.
To me, I place Taquiza Waco #2 on my list of taco places in Waco. Wako Taco being the #1 on my list so far.

WFT……this truck is taco haven. Just look at the food we got last night (3.11.2023)You must eat the Birria Taco. It’s a fried taco and you dip it in an “aju sauce”. Route 77 Food Park and Bar is the one-stop spot for food and drinks. Follow me because I’m going back the try the other 3 trucks, Hamburger, Philly Cheesesteak, and Mexicano Drink. This was my favorite spot, but the quality has gone down. The rice is smaller, salty, and tastes like it’s from the bottom of the pan. Beans taste different sometimes, tortillas need to be cooked longer. The older couple usually always makes my order perfectly, but I haven’t seen them in ages.

The asada tacos and quesadillas were delicious. Service was fast and the food was hot. The chile relleno tacos had was more like rajas but was really tasty too. Try the banana milk shakes at the burgertology truck.

We came from Houston to visit family, and stopped by this food truck park and Taquisa Waco was very delicious! the food was 100% Mexican authentic. Prices were very reasonable and great portions. We will definitely return when we come in town.
