So today my family wanted pick up stix and I didn’t want to get pickup stix due to the odd interaction I had last time I went in. I have been going to this location for years and have never had any issue besides the last visit. There is a cashier that is an older gentleman who refuses to give extra sauce and will literally go back and forth over a couple sauce packets. I am buying for 3 people and the 2 siracha that he said is already in the bag is not enough. I decided oh well it probably will not be a thing today, but unfortunately the same guy today did it again. I asked him what the issue was and he stated that the sauce is in the bag already. I asked do I need to pay for extra sauce and if so I will, he stated no I don’t need to then finally agreed to give me sauce. I have never ran into this situation ever at any restraunt where when I am paying for the meal I have to argue and ask several times for a couple extra packets of sauce. It’s wild and unprofessional to think you need to argue with a customer over 4 siracha packets.

It was our first time here and Keith made it to where we will come back. He knows the menu well, gives you genuine suggestions and is so friendly. The food is better quality than Panda and the price is about the same. I hope the owner takes note of a good employee because he made all the difference today.

The house special beef, was not special. The beef was very chewy and 2 pieces that were inedible. After finishing there was 4 to 6 ounces of sauce in the bottom of the bowl. The person I went with was less impressed with their meal. Neither of us plan to return. Panda Express is a much more appetizing meal, as well as value for the money.

We have lived in RSD for 10 years and love all the options near us. One of our favorite go to restaurants is Pick Up Stix mainly this location in RSD. The food is delicious and the service is always given with a smile and genuine, personal care for quality and a desire to give the customer what they expect when their order is made. My family and I always enjoy walking in and being greeted with sincerity. This RSD location has always been consistent in taste and quality. Thank you!

I love the Thai coconut curry chicken. I think the food is not as salty as Panda. The portion sizes are generous. The prices are reasonable, although expensive, as all food has become. The app is easy to use for my 62 year old self, the rewards give cost savings, and the points add up to an eventual free entree. I’ll keep coming back as long as I get those emailed deals. Employees are always pleasant and restaurant is clean. Thanks.
