We were passing through our 900 mile road trip. The cashier was great and very friendly. Nice Atmosphere and clean. I am not able to eat soy and soy is in their cheese. I am extrenely allergic/sensitive (medical condition), to it. I do not eat out much but I was on a long trip and I can eat their beef and veggies. So i got two double hamburgers no bun no cheese. I was so hungry hat I got the kids food ready and took a bite out of my food. I am like “oh this is sooo good” i have not had a burger king burger in awhile. Then I wss lije oh “sh” there is cheese on it and I spit as much as I could out. I just took the one double I did not take a bite out of (it had cheese on it too) I explained to her I am extremely allergic to the cheese (soy) and if I could have a plain one. She said you had two doubles Ii said yes but I bit out of that one. She said you get two *she said yes you ordered no cheese) and she apologized a billion times. The suoervisor very nice too and apologuze. They were very nice and the hamburgers were fresh and hot. I ate one bite and not ill and 1.5 hrs n still did not so knock on wood) Customer Service was top notch!!!!

Absolutely terrible service and food. there is an older gentleman maybe 50’s-60’s and is always super rude doesn’t say anything just mumbles when going through the drive through on top of that ordered a the easiest thing you could possible order from there. 2 cheeseburgers medium onion rings with a coke. i got to double cheeseburgers and a large lemonade. i was the only one there this was at 10 at night so no one else was being served. How incompetent are these people being hired at fast food in bennington. they aren’t capable of breathing on their own let alone making food

You will NOT get bacon.
Since they have opened I have ordered here a decent amount and it’s always the same order. Bacon DBL Cheese and fries. And it is no exaggeration that they have forgotten my bacon 8 out of 10 times. And I have to go back in, and wait 10 minutes just to ask to get it corrected after having already waiting 10 minutes to talk to someone to get my order that’s been sitting there ready the entire time.
I’m not sure if it’s employees, training, or the ticketing system but it is so consistent this point I’m starting to think employees have been told to forget it on purpose to save money or something.

Came here with a friend in the middle of the night just to have a small break from driving. The parking lot is nice. We had a coke with my good friend named Judy and sat around for a bit. I wrote about this small moment in my book. I recommend.

This Burger King location has a lot of room for improvement, especially compared to the one in Troy. The food was poorly assembled and seemed stale, as if it had been sitting out for a while. To top it off, the chocolate milkshake I ordered was barely mixed. I was shocked that they served it in such a state. This seems pretty consistent with the food and quality.

Opened 11/17/23. Very busy. Even with a lot of employees they struggle to meet demand. Orders are accurate. Online tools are working now. They are doing their best.

Was not great when they opened, was hoping that they would figure it out after being open for a bit.. I understand making a mistake on an order once in a while, but out of the 3 to 4 times I’ve been here something is wrong. Whether the burgers aren’t properly cooked, such as cold dry cooked patties with cold unmelted cheese or that the order is just wrong. This final time, I ordered a Bacon King and received a “Bacon King” with no bacon and an absurd amount of mayonnaise on it. Almost feels intentional, but at least the burger was actually cooked this time..

We were in the drive through line waiting for the guy to take our order. He not only over looked once but did it again another time . We were going to spending a lot of money there. BUT not tonight , instead we went to McDonald’s .
