A nice Starbucks that offers plenty of space to enjoy your cup of brew in relative isolation.
The coffee is the quality you’d expect at any Starbucks. At the time of my visit, the location was very clean. Few patrons inside but a line of cars for their drive-thru service. Plenty of seating both inside and out. I also noticed a few tables umbrellas in case some protection from the sun is needed. Cool and hip background music fills the dining area.

So I’m not a coffee or tea drinker but I had gift cards to use and decided to final order something. I got the egg white bites with a dragon drink. The staff member was so patient with me since I had no clue about the drinks so he explained them to me. The wait time was quick and the bites were steaming hot. This location had plenty of seats inside and outside.

They made my drink wrong and i called and told them, the lady that took my call said i can go back and she will leave a note, i came back after work, and there was no note, the cashier didn’t want to believe me, i show that i called and she said, oh that is not our phone number, i called and it rang there. She gave my drink but no apology no nothing.

I went around 9pm tonight for some water cups and was told I need to purchase something because they can’t give them out like that since they don’t charge for them. I told her I’ll be contacting corporate and she said “they are gonna tell you the same thing but okay.”’ Poor customer service all around and I have a video of the whole thing

Another rude one that Starbucks hired making them look bad. There was a young girl with dark hair in the front on her phone. I literally watched her finished her text. She knew I was there, but wouldn’t look over at me when I finally got her attention I asked for the order not in a rude way, and she of course gives me attitude that she wants to give people so much Overall just low quality service. I’m surprised you guys hire people like this.
