We pulled up to the first window they told us to park in a spot so we parked where they said which was right in front of the pickup windows. Waited for well over 20 minutes for some chicken tenders. We watched at least 5 cars get their orders that were behind us. We walked inside and asked an employee about it she said she couldn’t find my car….so they just left us out there waiting for nothing. Incompetent and disrespectful employees.

Dairy Queen, you have betrayed me. Your website boldly claimed you were open, yet when I arrived—heart full of hope, taste buds ready for Blizzard glory—you were closed. Lights off. Doors locked. Silence. My dessert dreams? Shattered like an unmixed Oreo at the bottom of a cup.
I stood there like a sad extra in a snow-storm movie, staring at the “Open Until” time on Google like a fool who believes in happiness. I did not receive a Blizzard. What I DID receive was disappointment, a gust of wind, and a new life lesson: never trust online hours.
To the hero inside the building who pretended not to see me tapping on the door, I salute your commitment to the bit. Truly Oscar-worthy.
Please fix your hours online before someone else stands outside in the cold holding back tears and fighting the urge to Yelp-cry.

I ordered 2 kids meals w/2 ice creams, a number 6 and a bbq chicken strip with ranch and a rootbeer float!
I received a plain chicken strip basket with maybe 7 fries kids meals with no ice creams and number 7 had wrong drink, root beer that was supposed to come with the meal is a medium I asked 4 times if my small was a medium (it clearly wasn’t) so another lady came and verified that it was a small.

I just spent almost $6.50 on a med blizzard that was supposed to have iced sugar cookies pieces, sprinkles, and cheesecake pieces. Only thing mine had was a few spoons of sprinkles. I tried to call them, twice, no answer. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed.

We eat here all the time. The employees are friendly and work hard to get your order out to you. They’re always busy and still manage to get your food out to you in a timely manner. I love their taco salad and the dud e sandwich. Will return.
