I want to start with saying thank you to the team working on 12/16/25 at 2pm for being so kind to me even though I ended up being in the wrong.
I ordered a trenta strawberry açaí & ended up coming back because to my tastebuds, it tasted like there was lemonade in there. I asked if it was possible to remake it & they did & we’re so kind the entire time, especially the gentleman with the beard wearing a black mask who was at the window. When I received the new drink, it tasted the same as the first one so I know it was definitely my bad for thinking it had lemonade. They most likely knew that they made it right the first time but were still kind enough to remake it for me which I appreciate so much : )

I go everyday and every barista is friendly, kind,and always has a smile. They welcome me everyday. I couldn’t ask for a better store. Service is always quick. The store is clean. My drink is always amazing thank you for making my day better and brighter ✨️.

Just wanted to shout out Trinity who was such a doll earlier today. She was incredibly personable, made conversation while I waited for my drink to be ready, and anticipated my needs. She was professional, genuine, and sweet. I hope she gets the recognition and pay she deserves!

The baristas are very friendly here. This location carries Target Dog’s , Bullseye, cake pops and cookies, so cute! I called ahead to find out if they have the Ohio Been There Mug. The Target customer service lady confirmed before I stopped by. Don’t rely on just the Starbucks stores to carry these mugs because there is where most people go to buy the mugs. Check the Starbucks located inside Target, grocery stores, etc.. they likely have plenty!! I got several States at these locations, TN, WV, OH, etc..

I love the staff they all are personable, they try to memorize your orders and friendly. Minus one staff member she’s the shortest one their female and I don’t know if she’s Indian or what but she’s always rude she never gives me a straw when I ask. If I need something else she’s always got an attitude. I will go in the store at time just to avoid an interaction with her it’s not a good one.

Their drinks are disappointing. I just got a caramel crunch Frappuccino with no caramel or crunch and I don’t think coffee for that matter. It was whipped half frozen sugar water, staff needs to do better.

I come here every morning almost and never had an issue. Well I needed some coffee this evening and I wasn’t impressed. I paid $6 for the wrong drink. Honestly taste like McDonald’s coffee. I asked for a Sweet Cream Venti with White Mocha and Hazelnut with Sweet cream cold foam on top. Would’ve went back but had an appointment I had to be at. I’ll stick with Starbucks only in the mornings with the morning employees who I can trust to make my coffee properly.

Update October 6, 2022: Now where was the nice guy from yesterday? Yet another employee has messed up the $6.05 Iced Toasted Vanilla Oat-milk Shaken Espresso. The girl did not even put any espresso at all in the drink and hit the Vanilla Syrup pump a million times. When I asked what drink she was making she confirmed it was what I ordered, indicating it calls for “5 pumps” of the Vanilla Syrup. OMG!!!!!!!!!!! When the guy who knows what he is doing is not there it is a total mess here. I just paid $6.05 for a Venti Oat-milk with 5 pumps of Vanilla Syrup? UGH. I had to go to the Starbucks location on S. Hamilton near Winchester for the right one, as my daughter knew immediately there was no coffee in the drink she buys EACH AND EVERY DAY. The pic of the nothing but Oat-milk and Vanilla is from E. Broad St/Target location. The pic with the darker color and cream look is the correct way to make ICED TOASTED VANILLA OAT-MILK SHAKEN ESPRESSO. This place just took yet another $6.05 for something I did not order.

Always friendly and professional no doubt yet today the young man who I believe may be management waived my fee on the Venti Iced Toasted Vanilla Shaken Expresso. He said it did not sit well with him how I was overcharged and the experience I had on an alternate day so he allowed a free drink. How nice was that ❤️
So appreciative for his gesture, he has redeemed Starbucks as a whole and deserves recognition. Thank you sir- you made my daughter and my day.
*** THE ONLY reason this Starbucks is good is because of the guy who works there, who I believe may be the manager or lead Barista. If he is not present there is issue.
