Pizza was great, love the square (crunch on the crust=yummy). Broasted potatoes are amazing, as usual….very addictive. LOL. The staff there is always so friendly. The manager, Andrew, helped me with a promo issue on my phone (WiFi issue). Everyone was happy to help and had lots of smiles. Will definitely be back. Kids also gave 5 stars.

I’m extremely disappointed in the food I received. When you look online to order, they provide photos of the food you are purchasing. I was pleased to see the catfish looked exactly how I prefer it so I called and ordered it. I traveled in total an hour and a half to get this fish. I got home and opened my box up to find something that resembled cod. It looked nothing like the photo. I called and asked for clarification and was told that they always get mixed reviews on their catfish, but what I received was in fact catfish. I tasted it to give it a chance. Maybe because I was upset about its appearance, but I found the flavor to be lacking heavily. I have attached the food I received and photos of what they advertise their catfish and cod to appear. I’m throwing away my dish. It was a waste of my time and money. I won’t be purchasing food from here ever again.

Ordered pizza for a party that I was having and everyone said it tasted like an upgraded Jet’s pizza. I ordered online and received an email confirmation, but I never received a call from the store, which made me nervous since it was a large order, but I called to confirm they received the order. They delivered to the location and the pizza was delicious. Overall, everything was great!

The BEST pizza around Lapeer county. It’s crunchy at he bottom soft and covered in delicious toppings on the top they do not spare anything. They are amazing and even have such great customer service. Good vibes all around. Don’t skip this place.

I pick up carry-out at least once a week or every 2 weeks. I’ve never had any problems with the quality of my order until today. Chicken and potatoes are a very deep brown to burnt. Some of the chicken pieces are unrecognizable. I don’t normally complain but I am very upset for the amount I paid. Hopefully this is a one time thing.
EDIT: : owner reached out to me and I was told to call Andrew at Big Joes and would be refunded for this meal.and would receive a discount if we decided to try Big Joes again. Well here it is two months later and not only did we get refunded, we ordered today and received a substantial discount. The best thing is that our food was delicious and cooked to perfection just as we know Joes to be. We will continue to order as we did before. We appreciate everything and just wanted to thank you.

I really, REALLY love their rib tips. The gristle is done just right–you can eat it and there is still crunch.
