I guess it really is about the location and workers and NOT THE “BRAND” I like Krasuserzs BUT NOT this location…The foreigners that own and work there are very rude!!! They never get order right… the prices are always different!!! They don’t have the steak fries like the other locations. I didn’t get a breakfast sandwich, I got a cheese steak…it look good but didn’t eat it bc The cooks keep coming from behind cook station bc a delivery came in. I never seen them wash their hands but did have on gloves already (cross contamination)…It took abt 15mins to get one sandwich with two people working and 1 order ahead of mine

This place has gone down hill. They use to serve a regular stake and cheese at anytime today the worker refused to make it and said it’s only a lunch item you can only order a steak egg and cheese! Wth hell is the difference one has egg one dont why can’t you make it! I use to be able to stop here and get anything I wanted to eat. Since they got rid of the old workers this place has gone down hill..

If you’re ordering food make sure you have them repeat it back to you and if you get fries tell them no pepper or salt on them do it yourself because tasted like a spoon full of salt and it looked like the top to the pepper came off and spilled all over the fries work 10 mins away so could even go back to get another order. Watch the little guy with glasses at the register tried to charge 75 cents for 50 cent pack of gum and told me it’s tax well buddy you can’t tax in CT unless it’s a dollar spent.
