Finally made it out to Millwood! We used to live on the same block as the Downtown Whistle Punk and really liked it. This location has a good mix of seating from the bar, high tops, a few long tables, a mezzanine, and patio options. Definitely on the cozy side during the colder season, there’s a large garage style window that looks primed for summer. This location is right in the trail, so a decent sized running group came through while we were there. We also happened to stop by when the Meals on Wheels bingo night was happening, so there was plenty of activity. On that note, parking was a bit of a trick at this location. There are 15-30 spots which were full when we pulled up around 5:30p, which makes sense. We ended up parking roughly a block away, trying to avoid “no parking” signs and tow warnings, but the trail came in clutch. Likewise seating was a bit tight, but the variety of options left us a few seats on the mezzanine. We ended up going for the buffalo chicken pizza, which hit the spot. Good blend of flavor and heat and perfectly crisp thin crust. Overall solid spot! Seems primed for warmer weather, parking might be an issue. Dog friendly!

Great indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Has a cute second level overlooking the first floor. Plenty of TVs for games and also speakers for playing music. Great service at the bar, friendly and helpful. Pizza is fresh, too thin for my liking (even folded). Not much to choose from for food. Will try a salad next time. Plenty of beers to choose from! Great flavors!

It’s unfortunate to write this but this was one of the worst thin style pizzas I’ve had in awhile. I appreciate and love thin pizza but the pizza we got was cold, even though it was picked up immediately after getting the Your Order Is Ready Text, and it was lifeless. There was nothing special about the cheese or the sauce, other than how minimal both were, and the actual pizza was like cardboard, not even an exaggeration. The pretzel braids were soggy and cold, as if they were cooked awhile ago and sitting in a container getting that sort of wet-cold thing, additionally the pretzel dough was not chewy, soft or anything that a pretzel braid should be. The dessert knots were also cold (again, this was picked up immediately and eaten immediately after getting the text), which made them just overall hard to chew. Calling and complaining would not have done anything other than maybe if a refund was given, because if the food was ready right then and we ate it right then but it was cold, what would have prevented it from being cold again. Left us feeling confused about the food, disappointed and hungry.

Finally made it out to the Millwood WP after loving and frequenting the downtown location for years. I am disappointed I didn’t come here sooner! The same great beer- paired with great pizza and a cozy atmosphere! What a great location to have a beer with friends, enjoy the patio, or just grab some to-go beers and a delicious pizza! So impressed with the knowledgeable and helpful staff that went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

We live nearby, but we would make a special drive to come here for food/drinks. This is our family’s absolute favorite place for pizza and drinks! The food and sauces are all made from scratch and have super fresh ingredients. We are addicted to the Haus ranch which has an awesome dill flavor. We make sure to get a few sides of it to dip our pizza crust in. The pizza is so flavorful. They have unique brews that change with the seasons, and I have yet to try one I haven’t liked.
We have never been disappointed. Beware because you’ll never be able to go back to chain store pizza after having some here! Pic is after we started eating because we couldn’t wait !

We are so happy to have this nearby for drinks and now pizza too! I am usually no-alcohol but my husband enjoys the selection of brews, and I get to indulge in a whistle punk made root beer! The pizza has ingredients that are locally sourced, and we love everything about it- great sauce, flavor, crust, and cheese, with fresh veggies! Very fair portion sizes and value. The fun names and themes all throughout the menu/building are an added bonus. Very clean bathrooms. There is something for everyone here. All around 10/10.

This is a great new location for the WP. It’s warm. Inviting. Fire. Chainsaws. Steampunky. Their direct parking is limited though. It is a partially blind “L” shaped corral. During busy times you’ll likely pull in and have to turn around or back out. There is free/ample street parking “across the tracks” on E Euclid close by though. Large bay door opens to the patio. Thoughtful locations/number of tv’s. The espresso stout is 2nd best I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something. Get in line already. This place is kickass!

I have not experienced food here, but I do enjoy the beverages and tenders. My favorite has been the Dopplebock, and their sours have been on pint. Granted, I never drink sours. If you’re in the valley/milwood, I would recommend this brewery as a stop.
