Came in the other day and left utterly disappointed. Normally I don’t write reviews but after coming in again and seeing the manager have a freakout on some of her staff, it only added to the poor image this place has. When I got my food it took way more time than needed because the manager kept pulling people from their positions to have them do other things and leaving myself and an other customers waiting. The food itself was okay and you could see some of the girls were doing their best but the manager was obviously creating issue

This is usually a hit or miss for me – most times a hit. I think it depends on how late you go, so that might be a factor. But I’d definitely recommend trying it at least twice.

Went through the drive through ordered a plate with teriyaki chicken, got to the window paid. Then they tell me its gonna be a 15 minute wait, not ideal but I said yea I’ll park and wait. I waited 15 minutes then went inside. Still wasnt ready they said it was gonna be another 4 minutes. It took 40 minutes for them to get me my food total. I had a bad experience with them like 5 years ago before I left for the marines I don’t know why I risked it again, atleast the rice wasnt old and crunchy this time

I usually try to avoid this location because of past experiences, but gave it another chance today and Im glad I did. Food was hot, fresh, and really good portions. Initially they said it’d be a bit of a wait (kind of expected as it was 3:00), but it wasnt even 2 few minutes and it was ready to go. I hope this is the new normal here – id go every week!
