My experience at this Moe’s location was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. There is a Spanish lady with glasses working the line who consistently has a very unpleasant facial attitude whenever I place my order. Today was no different.
I am currently on a weight loss journey, so I politely asked for less rice and more lettuce in my bowl. This is a very simple and reasonable request. Instead of just making the bowl correctly, she gave me a dirty look and repeatedly asked if I wanted a salad even after I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted a bowl. This happens every time I order the Homewrecker or a bowl, and it feels unnecessary and disrespectful.
On top of that, I was not greeted at all when I walked in. She was working the drive-through area, but still made eye contact and said absolutely nothing. No “welcome,” no “hi,” nothing. That alone says a lot about the level of customer service at this location.
The attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall poor experience have completely turned me off from this store. Making food is also about how customers are treated, not just what’s on the plate. Because of this repeated behavior, I’ve decided I will not be returning to this Moe’s again.
I will be taking my business to Chipotle Mexican Grill going forward.

This is an ordinary Moes. The usual friendly Welcome to Moes greeting with speediness and a smile. They feature the same uniform menu, though they are advertising “new lower prices.” The staff used a taco shell for a kids burrito instead of a small burrito shell. They have the upgraded fountain machine. Bathrooms are fairly clean.

Worst Moe’s restaurant ever!!! Do not come here unless you want to be treated with poor service and skimped out on food. Ny bowl is half empty, they didn’t even fill it up, and the lady refused to give me salsa! If I could put 0 out of 5 stars I would. It also looks very run down and dirty inside, I felt so uncomfortable. I will be calling corporate to complain, this is unacceptable and I have never had a worst experience at a Moe’s.

I was disappointed to learn that they have Moe’s in Georgia… I know that Georgia is in the south but it’s definitely not west. False advertising if I ever saw it. If you have Southwest Grill painted on the side of your building I expect you to be located in the Southwest area. Big sad.

Great location with a drive thru. Terrific and friendly staff. The food was excellent. The recent changes to the menu are terrific. Best tasting food ever for Moe’s.
My only criticism is the bathrooms need to be cleaner.
No one wants to go in a restaurant with dirty bathrooms.
Otherwise I would’ve given them five stars. I’ll go back in the next month or so to see how they’re doing and will update my review.

Very Bad attitude and service, also the portions are like for kids…. this was a bowl with chicken and I only found 4 little pieces of chicken…. nothing at all compare with the the pictures of the restaurant….. really first time that I hate to enter on a place for eat. The manager is worthless didn’t solve the problem.
