They are horrible. Don’t know how to take orders, sent my.orfer across town. The driver arrived across town called my phone saying he’s in front of my door. Went outside he’s across town at a while different address. I called the store and they act like they don’t understand. It’s been over an hour since the order was made. Called them to return money onto my account and it still hasn’t arrived back . What kind of pizza delivery service is this? This is not the only time this is bull crap. I ordered on DoorDash and received 200% wrong order and complained to DD about not receiving my food after waiting over an hour.DD credited me back my money so that I can place an order again I decided to place an order again for my fresh pizza and wings. Over two hours later a new DoorDash arrives with my order. This restaurant gave them the original order from over two hours ago that I had ordered That never got to me instead of remaking the new one I received a wet box with wet, mushy pizza and curdled cheese and chicken wings that were ice cold and also wet from the condensation on the inside I work in this restaurant industry, and I would never do that to a customer. They should have made my food fresh and properly as it was not Something of my fault I paid to be inconvenienced. I understand DoorDash is third-party, but this company sent out disgusting food and did not care about the fact that the bacteria growth was growing on it from the minute. It came out of the oven until it got to my house. I am a diabetic and if I had eaten that food, I could’ve gotten extremely sick.

Recommended. Exceptional wait-staff — so pleasant that, when on my last visit they lumped two of my items into one “special” that wasn’t on the menu, and I was charged a few dollars extra, I didn’t even say anything.

Every SINGLE time I get from this location (Schenectady), it hits. There aren’t any misses here. My go to is the BBQ chicken pizza, as well as the boneless hot wings … but I’ve had plenty of other dishes from salads to mozzarella sticks / french fries. This location is really good; over a time period of me getting it throughout the last 4 years. A great, luckily, available very late night options for those who are night owls !!! Picture is my go to order (I recommend highly !)

Ordered an Italian mixed sub and don’t even know what meat this is (see photo) The pepperoni they put a total of 7 slices of pizza pepperoni. The pizza is lacking flavor as well. It was delivery so I didn’t go to the location to really determine a atmosphere review. Delivery was extremely fast though.
