Horrible experience a few weeks ago and it’s not the first time this has happened I don’t even know why this particular Pizza Hut is still open after all the bad reviews I’ve seen. I ordered my pizza online and I know they usually take a while at this location so I never come when it say “ready” I come about 5-10 mins later. On this day I arrived to about 4 or 5 people already standing in the very small lobby waiting. I then realized there was only 1 guy working which is crazy to be just shut down at this point…. I’m waiting at the register to at least check to see if my order is done (no hospitality at all) if contact was made I would’ve just canceled my order right then and there but once again he’s by himself. So I leave… I the call a number to the store and was transferred to the customer service department that helps with orders to CANCEL MY ORDER and if the order was done to tell them I won’t be back to pick it up I had some where to be and they were taking entirely tooooo long. this representative says SHE DID NOT EVEN SEE AND ORDER FOR ME and I’d have to call or go to the store to cancel (( I explained I’ve tried and the guy is by himself so he won’t answer )) 3 hours later I get a call from the guy at Pizza Hut who then goes back and forth with me saying “ I’ve already made the pizza and I should’ve came and got it and what I need to do next time” I explained to him that I was there and even called he then says he was by himself….. at this point why did you even called my phone to argue and your short staffed that energy would’ve probably be best used to hire more people… to make a long story short tried putting in a complaint to corporate which is basically having THE STORE CALL YOU BACK WITH AN “apology” WHICH NEVER HAPPENED BECAUSE IT WAS PROBABLY MR ONE BAND ONE SOUND THAT HAD TO CALL ME BACK SO I KNEW THAT WASNT HAPPENING…. I did order from the dominos that same day and got my food delivered within 30 mins didn’t have to wait 2 hours in a few pizzas… I’m just saying

I never recieved my order. Took almost 30 minutes to speak to someone in the store. The manager Marina, something of the sort, was made aware of the situation at about 11pm. By 11:30 pm see adviaes me that she cant replace my food, would not process my refund then hung up on me rudely after asking for her name again and stating i would be contacting the GM, Chaz i beleieve the mext morning. I never received my food nor a refund.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Ordered and it took over an hour, manager was rude, short staffed. Food was burnt. DoorDash driver didn’t even check to make sure my order was right That’s what they use for their delivery service which is crap.

So first I made it was before if I could grade 0 I would do zero we ordered my food at 7 o’clock my pizza, cheese, pizza and breadsticks. They said it’s gonna take 40 minutes and I was really patient but I was like OK that’s not bad thank you so muchafter one hour cause it was still not done so we went after one hour and we were like one of my employees went and be like can you go get our food and he’s like you sure whole time and they said you did not place the order my mind was so freaking like explored like we waited one hour and 30 minutes for my food and you said we didn’t place the order we said my phone number and we said our last name first name and then we talk to her like we did Bubba and she was like wrong location, mother and she got meaner and aggressive on us and then she was like whatever and she slammed the door What am I employee Stor like her for his phone and said get out of my store like what the heck one star

The guy at the front had me waiting up here 10 minutes before he came to take my order literally made the food wearing no gloves just got out the bathroom asked him what were the specials for the day. He said we don’t do that just lying worst location ever.

Almost impossible to get anyone to help you. EVERY time I have picked up from here they haven’t even made the pizza. Last time I waited 45 minutes…shame on me. If I could give a ZERO I would.

I loved their quick service, we ordered from the parking lot and the order was ready in 10 minutes. We loved the spicy veggie pizza with capsicums, onion, mushroom, red chilli toppings. Tried their lemon pepper seasoned fries which was also equally good! This can be your go to order next time!
